Where do I even start with this place....THE BAGELS ARE PHENOMENAL!!! This place was recommended by some local students for a coffee and something to eat and did they ever suggest a gem of a place. Dont be deterred by the residents around the area and if you keep to yourself they usually keep to themselves aswell.

As for the food I went here 3 days in a row for the smoked salmon and cream cheese with capers bagel sandwich and my friend got the egg sandwich one and my other friend got the balsamic and prosciutto. The bagel itself was the freshest, softest and tasty with the freshness of the other ingredients was amazing. my friend said the egg in his sandwich was the softest omelet style egg and that it was so fluffy. The balsamic and prosciutto was crazy good with slices of pear or apple i think inside for a juicy but crunchy bite paired with the bittersweet balsamic and arugula I think was in there too was one of the best sandwiches ive ever had in my life.

It was super busy one of the days we went and people seemed to have forgotten what a line up was and how they worked but nevertheless we got our drinks and bagels.

Definitely 9.5/10...

Was very excited to come to this place and try out their bagels, ordered the mushroom & goat cheese bagel it was fair, however, as a chef point of view it was very bland. The place had a nice atmosphere, one thing ticked me off the most was their whole menu was in French, given the place location they could’ve tried to be bilingual. The guy that served us he could definitely use some customer service coaching because it was almost none. I also ordered an americano they need to change their coffee beans it was weak. The hanging light needs some cleaning. Would I recommend this place? Yes I would only...

Extremely racist and arrogant staff. Bagels are below average definitely not Montreal standards.

Reply to the comment from the business: Please note just because someone is a certain religion or race doesn’t exempt them from being racist. Nor can you and your staff use that as a get out of jail free card to continue to be racist. Moreover we aren’t talking about the owners we are speaking of the staff, very strange of you to grasp at straws and use that as a justification. Furthermore I implore the owners to come and see how childish and arrogant...

I don’t recommend this place if you want a coffee. It shares the same head office with PRESSE Cafe and uses their beans. For a latte at $5, it tastes very acidic and over roasted and has zero latte art. In fact, you may get better deals at Couche-Tard or McDonald’s for about $3 or less (medium), and those might even taste and look better. Not listed in the menu are day-old bagels that cost $1 each in a bag of six (hence $6 a bag).
