Ordered food as we were visiting, food arrived cold and without any sauce or utensils. Called and spoke to Fatima , who basically told me sorry nothing they can do call and dispute the transcation. Blown away by both caring about the quality or a way to eat food, so embarrassing and they should be ashamed

Ahmed called me angry that i wrote a review and explain to me that I was wrong.

The lady on the phone hung up on me when asked why she didn’t send utensils and basic condiments.

THE LADY THEN PROCEEDED TO LIE AGAIN WHEN CONFRONTED.

Shame on this place for making a client think they are wrong when they asked for basic things My complaint is ACTUAL AND FOR REAL 1:10 minutes for food delivery NO FORKS OR ANYTHING TO USE TO EAT THE FOOD AND TO GET HUNG UP ON.

Ahmed the manager assured me he would refund to make the situation correct.

What ashame the food and expereince was a failure and the embarrassment of the place should be worse because they are dishonest and yell at customers.

I had 7 calls to show the messages from Ahmed to show I am telling the truth and his response is an absolute lie… Shame...
