IF I COULD GIVE THIS MCDONALD’S ZERO STARS, I WOULD. Absolutely despicable and disgusting. I’m not even basing this review from one bad experience. It’s constant and keeps getting worse if that’s even possible. I don’t even write reviews but this one just needed to be written. Firstly, the lady who works at the drive-thru has absolutely no people skills whatsoever. She actually made fun of me in a sarcastic and condescending tone. For proof, I asked if the 1$ coffee was still going on, she proceeded to say “Are you kidding? That was over so long ago.” And she had a smirk in her voice. All I needed was a yes or no answer. Now, I came back tonight and there were many people working. I waited at an empty line for 10 minutes without ever being acknowledged. No “hi” or no “one minute please”. Nothing. Then, I noticed the “cash closed” sign so I said “Excuse me. Are the cashes closed?” One girl working there turns around and in an annoyed voice says “Well do you have cash?” And I said “no, I’m paying card.” And she says “Then yes. It will be back in 10 minutes.” And then turned back around to continue her non-work related conversation with her coworkers. I work in customer service and I understand that you want to have a nice time with your coworkers but you always need to address the customer in a friendly tone first. It’s common sense. They hire the worst possible people at this McDonald’s who give the worst possible attitude. Not only that but service is extremely slow. I don’t go to McDonald’s often and I always have a bad experience the few times I go. Avoid this place at all cost. I wonder if the staff even had an interview because they treat the customers like complete garbage. I’ve met mean popular high school girls with more class and respect than any of the staff, including the rude management, at this McDonald’s. Lastly, I know in the food sector that you aren’t allowed to wear big jewelry and have long nails... well every girl staff member had. Every single one. Someone do something about this...

Update: 03 July 2025, Thursday night.

Ordered a 2x double quarter pounder with an extra patty and received normal double quarter.

I asked for a correction and they made a fresh one and the error was not returned and given as a apology.

They made it right, thank you

Late night craving (23h00)

I ordered a 3x double hamburger with extra patty.

The order was fast and fresh but wrong: the sandwiches only had two patties, when they should have three in total.

I went to the counter so they could fix it; I only wanted an extra patty I paid for, I'd imagine it would be a simple fix.

Sadly, the member in charge of burgers said I was wrong and it was only 2 patties; a double hamburger.

I understand he is right on that point but my order specifically said with an additional patty, the self-serve counter even write that they'll be 3 patties in total.

Double hamburger + extra patty = 3 patties, right?

I didn't mind for the wait time and even said sorry for the trouble, I just wanted them to make it right.

Finally, when I received my corrected order, the member was still assertive and wanted to make it clear that I was wrong; it felt offensive/aggressive.

Change your staff!! They are slow and horrible with such bad attitude! Specially the girl who worked at the drive-tru on Sunday, August 20th between 9:30 and 10:30!!! We waited in line for 1 HOUR only 3 cars were in front of us at least 20 minutes would pass in between orders when the Mcdonald is CLOSED and only the drive-tru is open. When i asked the girl why it was taking so long she proceeded to tell me it was none of my business and that she wasn’t going to take my order with the rudest attitude just cause i complained for the wait. While waiting I said hello? many times and no answer for 20 minutes straight, never did she asked us to wait or anything, i almost thought it was closed completely and many people left the line that was at that point suuuper long. I NEVER once filled a complaint anywhere in my life but I cant believe that girl’s attitude she even told us to shut up and get the $&!@ out when we waited an hour just to order. She had the worst attitude and we weren’t even being disrespectful. I can’t believe that you have employees like that and honestly how can it even be called FAST food?!? Worst service ever honestly… Employees like that give a bad reputation to your business & as a owner I would hate somebody like that...
