Horrible service and experience. I went there around 1h05 to get ice cream and since the door was open I went in. As I was ordering on the board, one of the workers told me that the fast food was close and only the drive-through was open. However, since I was already ordering, I completed my order and told him that I was only getting ice creams. As I get near the counter to retrieve my ice creams, I see the order on their screen but the manager affirms that he won’t serve me because I didn’t listen to him as I finished ordering on the board. I then asked him to give me a refund but he persisted on saying that he will not give me the desserts or the refund and that I can call the police if I want because it is all my fault anyway since I didn’t listen (he even told me to come back in the morning?!?!). I have to admit that they told me that the store was close but since the door was open and I was already ordering on the board it would make no sense to leave and wait in the drive-through. Which is why I finished ordering on the board… Fast forward, the manager didn’t want to find a solution even after I told him to either give me a refund, the food or let me go pass the drive-through to retrieve my food. He then kept on talking about how Haitians (which I am not even) always come in late and ask for their food after 1am or that he won’t comply just because I am a woman… As I understand that he can be in trouble for letting customers order past 1 am, there was no need to say all of that. Finally, the manager later on realized that I only ordered ice creams and that we needed to find a solution as it would be ridiculous to come back in the morning, he gave me my ice creams. Read moreThe drive-through has two lanes you can order from. I went to the second one and waited... and waited... After 20 min and 6 cars placed their order on the first lane I figured the microphone must be broken so I went to the first window. I asked the girl why no one came on the mic to take my order. She said "we're very busy and the girl taking the order on that mic is busy bringing orders to people in their car". So I asked her, "if that's the case why not put a cone and close that lane so people (like me and those behind me) don't get fooled into thinking they'd get service on an open lane? She said she didn't know.
So I ask her if I can place my order, she tells me I have to place it at the mic so I'll have to do the turn again. I reminded her that I've been waiting over 25 minutes at this point because of their lack of common sense. She said "sorry if I take your order my manager will get upset".
How do you even answer to that?

Once I got home, I checked if my order was correct (I did check before leaving to see if I got all the items but didn't open the wrap for the burgers yet) and unfortunately, one of my burger had 0 onions which really disappointing me 🥲
I don't think I'll go to this Mcdonald location again since it's not the first time happen, actually happen several times to not received my extras that I paid for but today was a first to order the extra pickles and onions with barely getting any. My husband burger was fine.
