Mix'Heure — Restaurant in Montreal

Unless you don't mind to be humilated in front of your partner and other clients then avoid this juicebar( They only serve juice and Waffle and no FOOD) Don't be fooled by the colorful fruit shelf as you walk in as the staff and owners see you as a $CASH BAG and if you don't meet their expectation they humiliate and beat you up with words upon your exit! We were fooled by their fresh decor tho! And although i admit the Orange/Carrot/Banana Smoothy was tasteful, the staff were extremely rude and disrespectful specifically the lady at the juicebar we encountered on Saturday.

I've never had such a terrible and surreal customer experience in 25 countries I lived and traveled and in my 8 years in Canada!

My partner and I and another friend on a rainy evening went. They were working on a film script and I, searching rentals on my phone.

My partner and I ordered a smoothy to share and our friend a Waffle 🧇 with IceCream.

right before we opened our laptop, the staff, a guy in his mid twenty, approached with a weird attitude to my partner: "You have to either order or pay $5 to use the wifi! Shocking it was to hear. Although they were working only on a script he went to order a Waffle 🧇!

we sat about 2-3 hours and after the rain stopped- here it gets very thriller and exciting 😀!

The lady stopped in front of my partner and with a very attacking and rude attitude, while 4 other people were sitting in the room, started ranting and shouting "Do you think I am STUPID here?", "Where do you come from? you have mis-education" then she accused us of not paying a tip and then eat outside FOOD in my place??? then she went on humiliated my partner on getting a 5% discount. she said"even REAL students don't ask for discount. (now my partner has some white beard and is a mature student. but nonetheless we both are living a student life)

I am glad my partner asked them to find his receipt as he had paid a tip! Turns out, after my partner showed them the transaction on his bank account, they did get a tip! (Even if he had not, how can they allow themselves to shout around?? )and then after that, the guy without an apology for such a mess they'd created, shoved us out of their juice bar tapping on the shoulder saying OK! OK! You paid tip thank you thank You... We are closing. Goodbye!!

Now a note on the FOOOD! We were carrying a grocery bag with a bok choy and Cauliflower 😄 while working, my partner went and snapped a small piece and we were crunching that piece of Cauliflower and that was it.

Now, I admit it was ignorant of us not to bring our plates and cups back at the cleaning counter at the end and left them at our table, but after she started ranting and insulting why we'd left our dishes in the room, my partner went back and put them on the cleaning rack.
