I was walking down boulevard Saint Denis when I notice Mycoboutique. Having recently been edified on the versatility and importance of mushrooms I was fascinated to see an entire store devoted to the fungi. With a wide variety of offerings, Mycoboutique is a one stop shop for all fungal needs. I felt like walking in there was like watching the film fantastic Fungi on netflix. They have Mushrooms ready to eat, growing kits, seeds and all other mushroom activities. I appreciated how knowledgeable the staff member was, able to answer all my mushroom related inquiries. I am not one to make many reviews but I was extremely pleased with this store. My obsession with fungi has recently developed and after going there it only got stronger. The man at the counter was very knowledgeable and very kind with his time. I left the store with what I wanted on top of extra knowledge that will help me with growing my first oyster mushrooms. To make it even better the man insisted that if I had any trouble whatsoever to call the shop and that they would gladly help me if I had a problem a long the way. Will go...

I had a great experience at this store. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and clearly know their products well — they take the time to explain everything thoroughly without being pushy. What impressed me the most was how attentive they were to my needs, listening carefully and offering personalized recommendations instead of generic answers.
