I've been coming here for a long while. Either dinning in with a group of people or take out about once every month. Even during the pandemic. I still wanted to support pizza 900 on Notre Dame. Would order take out once every few weeks. Now I haven't ordered for a while. I decided to order take out last night. 3 pizza's and a Ceasars salad. I noticed on the website the prices went up. Which I totally understand. I'm ok with. But!!!!!!!! What I'm not ok with is boosting your prices and making your pizza's smaller and less toppings. Not right!! In the past when I took take out. I would place my pizza at home on a plate. The pizza was always larger than the plate. Last night, All 3 pizza's were smaller than my plate and the salad use to be 2 portions. Regular or large. Now I can only order one size. The price of the large is the portion of the regular. Don't raise your prices and make your portions smaller. Mentioned this to some friends this morning and one of them had the same experience.
No need to reply back and apologize. You just lost a long...
Read moreMy wife and I have been visiting this location since it opened and we have also enjoyed their delivery and take out service. This evening we ordered delivery and we were disappointed by the pizza we received. The sausage pizza was virtually sausage-less. I figured no big deal, I will simply call the restaurant and the mistake would be corrected....how wrong I was....
Instead of offering to correct the situation, I was basically accused of being a liar by the arrogant and condescending manager / owner who said that it was impossible that his kitchen made a mistake since everything was allegedly portion controlled and that he could do nothing for me. To be treated in this way as a regular client of this location was utterly shocking.
Regardless of who was right or wrong, this individual really needs to check his attitude and perhaps some lessons in hospitality would be in order.
Unfortunately, this experience left a bitter taste in my mouth and not just from the burnt pizza crust. I will be getting my pizza from other local places...
Read moreVery disappointed! This was not pizza but simply focaccia with a bit of toppings. I am Italian and I know a bit about good quality pizzas...the one you can see in the attached photo is a 16$ pizza... nice looking in terms of colors but when I received it there was half of the speck and half of the mozzarella ! Yes you understood well!...I had to call the waitress and tell her that the one on my pizza it was just a shadow of speck and mozzarella of bufala (for which I paid extra 3$ even though they replaced the normal mozzarella). Even after I received the pizza back (as in the photo) there was still not enough mozzarella of bufala to be able to taste it in my mouth!!! Same situation with not proper quantity of toppings on the other 4 pizzas that were served at the table. You should not pay that prices for basically eating only the pizza dough with a bit of tomato around and the shadow of toppings. At the end I understood why the place was quite empty on a Sunday evening. Too disappointed and we...
