I absolutely love this place it feels super homey, staff is incredibly nice! I love Aryane & Sébastien they always take the time to make sure everything is perfect to my liking. Aryane has cut my hair twice now and will keep cutting it! i’m never going anywhere else they have helped me gain confidence in hair salons again after many bad experiences, they work amazing! Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I came in to cover my grey hair, but left with a bill over $500 and my grey hair still visible. I was talked into getting a balayage and to add a blow-dry (extra charge) to see the color. They also convinced me to do a Fusio-Dose treatment, which did nothing for my hair. When I mentioned it, they claimed my hair would be in even worse shape without it. I don't like the result—my hair is fried and has turned red/orange instead of blonde. I'm very unhappy with the outcome and, regrettably, I won't be returning.
