Repeat customer(s) that love the non-alcoholic beer. Typically purchase directly from the brewery, but decided to drop in this time and had a horrendous experience. Bar tender told us to grab the non-alcoholic beer from the fridge (since it's not on tap and is canned). Did so then was reprimanded by one of the other bartenders telling us we shouldn't have been told that, he could be fired because we took it ourselves, and telling us it's disrespectful for us to take something out of someone's fridge. Keep in mind we were told to take it out by a staff member.
I'm the CEO of a global company, and understand what it takes to ensure a fantastic product, brand, and customer service. It's incredibly difficult to get perfect all the time. However, it's incredibly important, and I can tell you first hand this is NOT how you treat ANY customer.
What a disservice to not just the customers, but his fellow colleagues who work hard to deliver quality experiences and products for everyone to...
Read moreWe actually used to really love this place and the beer is good. -1 star because we've made the track all the way to find the store closed many times. They need to update their website with proper closing hours. 3 times now weveubeen here and it's closed so there won't be a 4th time. We'll be going across the road to 4 origines. The other -1 is because they used to be dog friendly on their patios and we used to come 2-3 times a week for dinner and beer with our pup after hanging out at the canal. Now, they are no longer welcoming dogs, so once again, 4 origines. We do hope they fix their hours on the website and allow dogs again. And if they do, we hope they reach out to us to say so as we'd love to be patrons again. They've lost so many dog owners business which is a shame because they have a nice patio. Lastly we tried the food last summer and it was beyond awful. I don't want to sing a star for it and give this place 2 stars because they do have good beers but sadly, the food was...
Read moreI recently had an amazing experience at Brasserie Montreal in Griffintown. This place has truly won me over with its wide selection of beers and simple yet delectable food offerings. The cheeseburger, fries, beer, and popcorn shrimp stand out as some of my favorites on the menu. What's even better is that the entire menu offers a range of delicious options.
I was delighted to discover that Brasserie Montreal is also a dog-friendly establishment, allowing me to enjoy the outdoor patio area with my furry companion. The service provided was exceptional, adding to the overall positive vibe of the place.
Living just 6 minutes away, I couldn't have asked for a better spot to unwind and hang out with friends. Brasserie Montreal in Griffintown has truly become my ideal go-to place, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic combination of great food, a variety of beers, and a...
