Pizza Tifosi (Ontario E) — Restaurant in Montreal

Absolutely appalled by our experience with Pizza Tifosi. We ordered through Skip the Dishes, and to our shock, the chicken wings were delivered raw. Yes, completely undercooked and unsafe to eat.

This was our first visit to Montreal in years, and we were looking forward to enjoying the local food scene. Instead, we were met with a health hazard. The lack of quality control and attention to food safety is unacceptable.

I have pictures to prove the state of the food and will be uploading them alongside this review. It’s disheartening that a restaurant would send out such a poorly prepared item. Not only is this a disappointment, but it’s also dangerous. Raw chicken can lead to serious health risks, and it’s shocking that this could happen in a professional establishment.

Save yourself the trouble (and risk) and order from somewhere else. Pizza Tifosi has completely ruined our meal and left a terrible impression. A truly disappointing start to what should have been an enjoyable visit.

To be honest they deserve less than 0 stars. Worst customer service. They don’t know how to deal with customers; neither their owner. I will never recommend this restaurant and this branch. Worst restaurant I’ve ever been to.

To the owner: I suggest you take some customer service classes to learn how to deal with customers or else close this business altogether. You had your employees call the police and we had all the proof needed for the payments. Even the policeman laughed at you and your employees since your allegations were false and you had just wasted their time. Also, for the record, I ordered the signature pizza at full price without the promotion and I still have the proof. Yet, I was still faced with the same low...

Based on the review of 4.7/5 i was expecting something epic. This was the exact opposite. margarita pizza is a joke:

Cons: 0 tomato sauce 0 cheese cardboard bread, no crunch (soft, soggy bread) picture in the store of margarita is different than what you get the extra large 16" pizza is light. You know why? Because you are getting 99% bread. you won't want to eat the 2nd piece unless you are starving. In fact, threw it out

The pros: Friendly woman at the cash, very helpful, which is why i gave this a 2 instead of 1.

Summary:

this is a ripoff, never again. Doesn't make sense it got 4.7. You now have a word of warning. Next day updating this to say worse restaurant pizza...
