While I was excited to try the Greek cuisine you offer, I must express my disappointment with the overall quality of the food.

I found the pricing to be notably higher in comparison to other establishments offering similar Greek cuisine. While I was willing to pay for a premium experience, the quality of the food did not align with the cost.

The rice lacked any discernible taste and had a texture that was rather unappealing. Additionally, the meat—both the pork and chicken—was over-marinated and burnt, leaving it devoid of its natural flavors. The overpowering spices seemed to clash rather than complement each other, which detracted significantly from the enjoyment of the meal.

One of the aspects that surprised me was the absence of pita bread, which is commonly served in other Greek food establishments. Moreover, the extra tzatziki sauce I ordered turned out to be quite disappointing. Its taste was unusual, and the aftertaste left much to be desired.

Furthermore, I would like to mention that we dined in at your restaurant, and I regret to inform you that the smell of the table was quite unpleasant. Despite its clean appearance, the odor was off-putting and affected the overall dining experience.

Dry chicken, dry potatoes, overcooked and tasteless rice…probably last nights leftovers served up to me today! this was literally the worst Souvlaki I had ever had. I can’t believe the reviews i see here saying it’s the best they’ve ever had lol!!! If you’ve never had authentic Greek don’t be slinging around such high praise! because of those comments I wasted $$$ on this place based on their poor judgement.

It’s as though the “cook” was a child who didn’t even know what spices to use or how to marinade. How can you charge people for this? I’m amazed people actually willingly purchase food here. Jesus Christ the tomatoes in the salad were as though they were exposed to the cold too long. And TWO olives lol. One thing slice of feta. I have never in my life wasted time to leave a bad review because I hate being so critical but if I can save some poor soul from this next-level disappointment, then...

Je viens de temps en temps depuis plus d’un an car j’habite à côté. Je commande généralement la même chose : une pita steak avec un feuilleté épinards fêta ou le feuilleté ricotta fêta et parfois les patates avec la petite sauce qui sont excellentes. De plus en plus, je me rends compte que la qualité de la viande a vraiment baissé. Cela fait quatre commandes que je suis déçu par la qualité ; la viande se mange moins facilement qu’avant, je la trouve moins tendre et même le goût a changé, je ne comprends pas.

Deuxième point, habituellement quand j’appelle, c’est une dame qui me répond et il n’y a aucun problème. Mais la dernière fois, je suis tombé sur un monsieur qui n’avait pas l’air de savoir ce qu’il vendait. Quand j’ai demandé une pita steak plus un feuilleté ricotta fêta, la personne ne comprenait pas et me disait qu’il n’y avait pas de feuilleté, alors que c’est clairement l’intitulé de la tiropita, qui est un feuilleté ricotta fêta. Bref, le monsieur ne voulait rien savoir et quand je lui disais que c’était une tarte feuilletée avec de la ricotta dedans, il s’obstinait à me dire qu’il n’y avait pas de ricotta dans le restaurant. Il m’a même dit « Vous êtes dans un restaurant grec qui vend des pitas » comme si je m’étais trompé d’adresse. Je me suis pris la tête avec lui pendant facilement trois minutes. J’ai fini par lui dire « Bon, je vais prendre juste fêta si vous n’avez plus de ricotta. » Il m’a dit qu’il n’en avait pas, donc j’ai repris celui aux épinards. Il ne comprenait pas non plus. Je lui ai donc dit « Vous vendez bien la spanakopita ? » Il m’a répondu oui. Je lui ai dit que j’allais prendre ça si vous n’avez pas l’autre. Il m’a répondu « La tiropita ? » Je lui ai dit « Bah oui, c’est ce que je veux depuis le début de l’appel. » Il m’a répondu qu’il en avait aussi.

Là, je me suis demandé si on me prenait pour un imbécile ou s’il ne savait vraiment pas ce qu’il vendait. Bref, il a fini par comprendre mais ça gâche vraiment l’expérience relation client. J’ai mis trois étoiles parce que ce n’est pas horrible mais je n’y retournerai...
