Poke 7+ — Restaurant in Montreal

I frequently shop from this restaurant and I know how a portion looks like. However, I just placed an order and what I received was at max half a portion. The portion comes with 5 pieces of tempura shrimp (as you can see from the picture there is only two this time). The amount of vegetables is also questionable (as I said looks like half an usually portion). On top of that some items are completely missing or wrong (I didn't receive nori; I received coconut chips instead of exotic chips). This is highly disappointing. I could somehow justify the price while I was receiving a whole portion, but this much money for barely any food is...

Ordered online for 4. Arrived 35 minutes later and they hadn’t even seen it, even if the shop was empty. Another 25 minutes later it was finally ready. The one dish was asked to be gluten free. The person assured me it was gluten free and they had understood. They made it with tempura shrimp and teriyaki sauce, both of which are gluten filled. I had to call back to find out what was in the dish, and explain it had gluten. The person did not know anything about it and clearly was not trained on this. It’s fundamental not to be ignorant about allergies. They made me a new bowl, which I had to go back...

Really tasty poke bowls with generous portions of fish. The only issue I've had is that on 2 separate occasions, they forgot to include avocado in my bowl (I always order "Le Plus"). The second time this happened, I watched the guy make my bowl and before he put the lid on, I asked to confirm if he had included avocado. He then told me that Le Plus does not include avocado, and I had to literally point to "avocado" on the menu in front of him. So good poke bowls, but keep an eye on the person making your bowl to make sure that they don't skimp on...
