I had a terrible experience at this location and won’t be coming back. I usually enjoy poke bowls, but the service here completely ruined it for me. The woman working there I believe her name was Khadijah was extremely rude and dismissive. From the moment I walked in, she acted like I was bothering her just by ordering food.

She kept rolling her eyes, didn’t greet me, and rushed me through my order like I was wasting her time. When I politely asked for a different sauce because the one she gave me was wrong, she snapped back and told me, “It’s already made.” No apology, no attempt to fix it. The bowl itself was bland and didn’t taste fresh — the rice was cold and the toppings were soggy.

I used to enjoy their poke bowls so much but honestly after this experience, it is safe to say that I will never go back to this place ever again. The service itself is so chaotic with no sense of organisation whatsoever. I ordered the monster poke bowl which was around +20$, needless to say after waiting for a while for my order, they packed it and handed it to me while checking twice with me that I in fact ordered the the monster poke. Only to find out when I got home that they gave me the tuna poke bowl which is around 17-18$ price wise.
