I ordered Rice with mix platter over the phone. Picked up and came home to eat the supper. I was utter disappointed and I am writing you with displeasure. The Rice was spoiled and it was giving a bad taste and smell. I couldn't eat my supper & went to the restaurant right away with the platter. The girl who served me Camilia was rude and didn't want to accept the food was spoilt. She tried her best to convince me saying the food was in good condition. She never tried to give me a replacement. She called her manager over the phone & said for me to come tomorrow. What am I going to eat tonight ?. She didn't care about my situation. I lost a meal and money. I advice whoever read this , its a horrible place to go, I never advice anyone going there to eat their rotten food. Its BAD BAD BAD. I am surprised to see so many good reviews. Did they really eat their food???

I then proceeded to place an order through uber eats and magically the cookies are in stock and its clearly available.. It is not complicated to tell customers its simply available for kids rather than making me waste my time and effort and cutting 30% of your sales in fees to uber.

I asked the employee if they had forgotten to add these in my bowl and they said those toppings were unavailable! They should have told me this when I ordered and offered a replacement, I am totally dissapointed by this lack of customer service.
