We stopped in the early afternoon for lunch with friends. 3 adults 4 kids. Great location, the ambiance is inviting just like the other Siboire in Sherbrooke. The staff was ready to welcome us as we stepped in. Bike parts and frames were hanging from the ceiling and walls a reminder of the sport that brought the owners together. We sat in a section that reminds the alleys and "ruelles vertes" of Montréal. Picnic tables, a green wall and a red brick floor. Warmth from the sun and a really friendly feeling.

The food. We ordered the regular poutine, the Al Pastor poutine, the tacos, the Mac and cheese with brisket , the pasta and a cheeseburger. We were pleased with the portion, the presentation and everything was tasty. There is no kids menu and the portions are large you can easily have 1 plate for 2 kids.

And the beer! We can't stop to Siboire without a glass or a pint of beer. The best selection and...

Although the location of this chain of brewpubs has been here for at least a year, I haven't had a chance to check it out. Definitely a spare no expense decor, the lights made out of bike frames must have cost a fortune, not to mention all the other details all over. Ring hook games, dart boards, etc. Service was great, they have a lot of staff on duty. Good beer selection, it's quite varied. American, British, Belgian, German, Czech, you'll find something you'll like to try. Quality is fine, you'll never have an earth shatteringly good beer here, but you'll never have a bad one either, so much respect. Didn't try any food this time. Really lovely place that fits well in the...

C+ experience (7.8/10) Food was slow. Service was slow. 20 minutes between courses. And about 10 minutes to get a beer. When I asked our waiter if we could order some more food because we were hungry he told us the kitchen was blocked. And that there was nothing they could do. We're industry people so we know during a hockey game the service can slow down; I do think their waiters and support staff need more training in dealing with delays. We got our food before we got any kind of cutlery 25 minutes after ordering. It's a shame because I think that the MTL a table that we went for might be the reason they were at a complete...

We went here looking for a snack and a good beer and that’s what we got. I asked for a recommendation to the waitress for a NEIPA which was low on the IBU’s, and she nailed it. My girlfriend got a fruitier beer which was red and she liked it too. We shared the “all dresses fries” and to our surprise they were really good! We will be returning.
