Soufflé — Restaurant in Montreal

If you're a fan of the light and fluffy Japanese cheesecake (and even if you're not!), you have to go to Soufflé in the Montreal Eaton Center and give them a try! Their cheesecakes' texture are so fresh, light and fluffy, and at the same time just the right amount of sweetness. The toppings are also fresh and delicious and there is a very nice variety of topping such as berries, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, maple, coconut, pistachio, etc... there are large sized cakes as well as individual sizes and their menu also offers hot and cold drinks and delicious tarts. Above all, the staff is helpful, friendly and very kind! They have a loyalty card, so don't forget to ask for one as you earn a reward after ever six separate purchases. You can just tell that so much thought and care goes into their product, down to the way it is beautifully packaged in petite boxes. The perfect cheesecake does exist and is waiting for...

I was hesitant for a year about trying Japanese cheesecake, till Soufflé happened. I’m a lactose intolerant but I could eat this!
