The worst customer service experience i’ve encountered in all of my life.
Monday April 22nd around 2:45 pm i go to drive threw and ask for a dirty chai, the women says how many shots of espresso do you want in it…. i said oh it has espresso?
(I previously got to try this drink at starbucks rockland they were giving out testers i didn’t know what was in it) but it was yummy!
She responds how do you not know what’s in what your ordering ? uhhhh wow ok ? I didn’t say anything i asked what flavour cold foams they have and she screamed strawberrryyyy, vanilaaaaa and matcha!!!
I got to the drive threw counter to pay it was 15,23 i gave her a 20$ bill in one hand and a 0,25 cent in the other hand she didn’t take the 0,25 cent she said it was to late her cash was already opened.
No it was not, now i bursted i was fed up i ask r her what was her issue exactly and why is she working in customer service if this is her attitude ? I want to speak to your manager well guess what? The manager was standing there the whole time seeing all of this happen and did not say 1 word. He asked her what the issue was, since she didn’t want to give me back a 5$ bill he took the change from her and gave me my 5$ bill…but he did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. As a manager how do you see an employee speaking to a customer like this and do nothing about it ?
Starbucks usually has higher standards than this, i am beyond shocked. I have filed a complaint and i am waiting for the district manager to reach out to me which i’m hoping they do because this women “ Bouclair” was her name from the name tag should not be working in customer service also she asked me why i didn’t speak to her in french. Read morejust like all the reviews, i would give 0 if i could. i drove 25 mins to get to starbucks, the guy working just looked at me and shakes his head, its 10:45pm, closing is at 11, then the girl opens the drive thru window bc im standing and continuously knocking then tells me “all my workers are sick theres no employees” and i was like oh okay i understand, but after reading all the reviews on here where they repeatedly have told this story to numerous people, i am BOILING. LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
let me educate you workers, you clean AFTER CLOSING TIME. which is 11PM NOT 10:45. 10:45 is still opening time. i used to work at IGA closing the bistro and leaving 1 hour after closing and i would deal with the hours because its my JOB. i got out of that bc i worked hard, if it was them put in our situation of driving all the way to the Starbucks then they would be mad as well it’s like would you want that to happen to you? I just drove 25 minutes to get here. Before parking my car I checked from the window if there are people inside, and there were people inside indeed! I get off my car and find the door closed and the barrista saying "we're close". Like wth? Are there any standards as to when you guys should close your doors? I didn't hear any news regarding maximum number of people allowed inside from the government recently so why? I'm in the middle of my final exams, took 25 min of my precious time to come here grab a coffee and have a quick study session just to take a break from my room all day, now I have wasted 1h of my time and got a bad mood as an extra thanks to you guys.
