Starbucks — Restaurant in Montreal

As a solo practitioner Coaching leaders and teams, some of my best deep thinking work happens when I am nestled in the cozy and welcoming environment of my hands-down favourite place for sipping a hot ‘half brown sugar americano oat latte’, Starbucks Westbury Montreal! But the reasons for this peaceful, personal and inspiring experience belong to Store Manager Michelle’s incredible team that I have been privileged to observe working, galvanized together, and in sync, all around me. This is a shout out to this collaborative collection of people who embody, everyday, the dedication that is the result when a group truly becomes a team because they feel trusted, empowered and self actualized in meaningful work experiences. Kudos to the entire team under Michelle’s leadership, (in alphabetical order, and apologies if I have missed anyone) Angela, Carly, Cristine, Jay, Jennifer, Jillianne, Keem, Lea, Lorenzo, Monique, Tedd, and Wyndel for always living that extra mile! Thank you!...

I am not sure why I came to this store even …. The barista was very dismissive the attitude was like ok why is she even here . I asked him to scan and said I wanted to redeem stars . For some reason the scan didn’t work and he didn’t redeem my points he could have said the scan didn’t work you can pass again … I paid by card and later when I asked him why is it so much I asked to redeem he was like oh I Can’t do anything about it now …. If you selective choose who to talk to nicely and don’t value your customers just put up a board we serve according to our moods and only certain people.

P.s : I am not simply venting . The picture shows how carelessly he heated my chocolate croissant .

Went in today to order a Brown sugar oat Americano and I think the new guy forgot to add my expresso shots. I get 1 or 2 a week I work and go to school. I tried to call to let the store know but it went straight to voicemail. I paid $7.00 for pike coffee and milk. I can't even go in person because I have work after class. I fell asleep in class right after drinking my beverage. Not okay

Update : Turns out I was right : the barista did not make my beverage correctly, because i went to hml another location near my job and asked how it was made. There is no pike coffee added. I don't even trust this Starbucks anymore. There is a Bakery next door, so if they careful they will loose to...
