What an absolutely incompetent service did I receive from the employee at this Subway branch! First, I entered the premises around 12:50 PM. As you can see for yourselves, the whole floor area was unclean. The tables and benches were dirty as well. I certainly did not feel welcomed upon entry. Then, while I was selecting my veggies, I realized they looked dry and dehydrated. Most were empty or practically empty. I LOVE my olives and counted about 4, total, in my sandwich. I asked the employee if she could grab some from the back and she told me, word for word, they were out of olives. Okay, no problem there; you can’t pin the no-more-olives-situation on the employee. Oh, I had originally taken my order to go. So here is when things get exciting!!! I get a last-minute sudden change of heart and decide to dine-in. I make a trip to the bathroom to wash my hands and realize the ridiculously filthy state of the place. Pictures attached. While I was eating my sandwich-with-4-olives, new customers came in and the employee was adding new batches of veggies and replacing the dehydrated ones that she had served me. While I was grabbing some napkins, I walked past the veggies station and noticed the fresh new batches and among those, my eyes quickly spotted a miracle, YES; you've guessed it; a new batch of delicious olives that were apparently ‘out of stock’ had made their appearance. Immediately, I took a picture of it and ran back to my half-eaten sandwich to snap its picture. Please note that 2 out of 4 olives present in the sandwich had already been eaten. Anyway, long story short, I am utterly disappointed by the employee’s blatant lie, lack of preparation/customer service and overall very unprofessional attitude. I still wonder the reasoning behind the lie. I’ll guess it’s because she must have been an olive fanatic just like myself and wanted to hold on to those precious yummies a tad bit longer?! In all seriousness, this experience left a very bitter taste in my mouth and I would NOT recommend any place to anybody where the employee cannot serve the paying customer with the honesty and respect...

We arrived 1hour before closing time. One male employee with strong Indian accent. No one behind us. But he becomes impatient because we take a few minutes to decide. Tells us to speak faster when we tell him the veggies. Repeats many times that he has to close soon!! 1 hour before closing time!! Wanted us to take out or eat-in in 15 minutes!!! Bad attitude, very impolite! Mumbled something at the end but refused to repeat it.
Every time new clients come in , he would sigh and say to himself oh my god! and tell them that he's closing soon. Very unprofessional!
Sub lacked shredded cheese in one third of it.
He complained to the clients before me that few people give tips! No wonder with that attitude!
Service only in English but his English is difficult to understand . I prefer french but I can switch to English to accommodate him. But I shouldn't.
The bin/trash can is divided in two . One side for recycling, the other for trash. But when we look inside. It is only one big garbage bag in a container. Fake advertising for recycling! ...

He owns another location on Henri Bourassa West near Marcel Laurin and on MULTIPLE occasions, he lists prices on the display board that is lower than when you get to the cash register. This has happened at both locations and he has REFUSED to honour the displayed price. In addition, when trying to use a subway survey voucher, he insists that you must print out the e-mail (which does not exist). The survey voucher coupon on the Subway website CLEARLY states that all you need to do is write down the code number on your previous bill. This owner is ARROGANT and COMPLETELY DISHONEST.
