Really bad experience! We were seated at a dirty table with traces of grease and ketchup so we had to ask them to clean the table. The food is bad. I had the burger which came cold, probably because it was frozen and only cooked on the outside but not long enough for the heat to go all over. The meat had no taste, no salt, no spices, nothing! The bread bun was soggy on the outside and burnt on the inside, AND the worst part, the bacon in the burger was actually a huge chunk of bacon with mostly fat, about 5x5 cm big, instead of thin strips of bacon as it would have been normal. The fries were soft and soggy instead of crispy. The beer was warm and flat.We didn't receive salt and pepper. The waitress didn't come to ask us if we were ok with the order. The Manhattan cocktail had a huge block of ice in it so in the end it was just a lot of water with no alcohol. This place is ripp off. We'll never go back, it's not worth spending money here, since the food and the service are bad, and the view is not that great, basically you are looking at the hotel apartments and the balconies. The terrace is run by teenage employees who have no idea what they're doing, and the customers are also quite young so they seem to accept the bad service and food because they don't know any better.

The vibes at Terrasse H3 were immaculate. While the main restaurant lounge is on the 2nd floor, the terrasse was on the 9th floor and was super accessible. They have a pool as well for customers. Food, while being a little on the expensive side, was succulent, fresh, and worth the money. I had the burger and fries and it was delicious combo. Their duck poutine was full of flavour and the texture was perfect. I also had a few bites of my friend's salad and it was also very tasty. The drinks were also refreshing and smooth especially on a hot day! I had the H3 Sangria while my friend had the martini. Service was perfect too and very friendly! They accomodated our group of 8 very well despite us not making reservations (although I recommend that you do if you can as it can get very busy). Overall 5/5 experience, definately coming again!

Edit: I have modified my review from a 1 star review (albeit I am maintaining the original feedback offered) to a 5 star review based upon the fact that I came today for their opening and the service seems much improved. I consider it important to provide feedback and acknowledge when efforts are made to resolve concerns and thus far this to be the case. An absolutely, positively, terrible experience that results in me needing to provide my feedback. We were approached tonight by security as we were being 'too loud'. This is objectively false. It was a Friday night and we were talking loud enough to be heard across the table at best.

The gentlemen in security who did so was rude. This was the opinion of everyone at the table, who are currently nodding to the rhythm of "Never come here". We complained to the manager, Andy, who was sympathetic but admitted to the fact that he was not present and could not comment as a result.

We live here. This is a place we have easily tipped thousands of dollars. The service has been terrible this year and we have no intention of coming back short of a literal apology being provided identifying that the staff that have been rude will no longer be working there.

I invite anyone to choose from one of the hundreds of places that are available nearby instead of here until there are changes. They've done a lot to try to promote the place but until the service is better there is no value in...

I went with one of my best friends, it was our first time trying a rooftop terrasse so we didn’t know what to expect. Service was quick and friendly. Drinks did not have too much ice which was a nice change and the choices were all unique and creative so we think the pricing for those was valid. I had a heirloom tomato salad for food. I did not realize that this place served only appetizer type foods. I thought it was a bit pricy for tomatoes especially since it was served with only one half of a mozzarella. The panko breadcrumbs were a nice touch for seasoning though. After a while I felt like it was too many tomatoes so we ended up sharing them. Would have been nice if it came with bread. My friend really liked the calamari. It was well seasoned and didn’t feel like it was cooked from frozen. Felt fresh. The vibe felt more like pre-clubbing cocktails for rich people. The pool next to the restaurant was a bit weird. It was very loud, and view was not great. Seats were very close together so I got some girls hair brushing my back the whole time lol. Overall an ok experience. The hotel it’s on is beautiful and it’s close to tourist attractions and hotels. So maybe nice place to catch up with friends from out of town before a night out if you’re willing to spend a little...
