Employees are kind of incompetent. Today, I had to return my sandwich three times because the girl didn't put the sausage in it! The first time, I had to walk back from home! Then, on the third return, she tells me that they're out of sausages. Wouldn't it have made sense to tell me that before you gave me a sausage-less sausage sandwich?! Plus, their buns are usually burnt, like on this occasion when I had to ask her to switch them.
One other time, I went in for a croissant and saw that both the butter and cheese were sold out, with a sign in their stead reading along the lines of, "more will come in a moment". So, I wanted to know how long that "moment" would be. I asked the guy at the cash at the same time that, I presume, the supervisor/manager walked out of the back with a tray of pastries. The manager didn't even bother to help the boy respond to my question, since he was working in the back and would know how long it would take. The boy at the cast had to rush to ask the manager just as he was walking back through the doors, and he just muttered "no". What does "no" even mean? I had asked "when" they would be available. The poor boy was flustered, and had to tell me that he doesn't "think" they will be ready any time soon. That kind of rudeness coming from a manager is just...
Read moreI wrote a review a few months back on how masks were not being worn and that has yet to change but now let’s talk about order accuracy. Yesterday I placed an order on the Tim Hortons add for the first time and they got 3/5 items wrong. Wrong coffee, bagel instead of croissant, donut instead of cinnamon bun. And this morning, ordered again, because mistakes can happen that’s fine what are the chances of them happening again right? Well at this location the odds are quite high turns out. My egg and cheese wrap was an egg sausage and cheese wrap which may please some but not so much customers who don’t eat meat and.. now this is actually impressive. 8/10 timbits came unglazed and none of them are plain timbits.

Read moreI am not one to leave reviews very often at all but I feel for this one I have no choice. I’ve been disappointed several times as they almost never have what u want. No bacon, no chicken… and today .. no hot chocolate ! On another occasion I ordered a bagel and it was stale I couldn’t even eat it. They are supposed to have breakfast all day but never have eggs for a breakfast sandwich that my son likes . Why have I tried them so many times? Because unfortunately they are closest to my house by far. Going In today I thought I wouldn’t have any issues with a beverage but nope no hot chocolate which is so common.
