The food I tried was delivered to me via Uber Eats, therefore I can’t comment on service or their restaurant ambiance. Being a foodie and food critic for Yelp, I know a thing or two about quality and traditional food from several countries, Greece being one of them. My entire order consisted of 1 chicken brochette, a very big portion of rice, small portion of fries and a very small Greek salad(tomatoes, onions, olives, feta.) The rice was just plain rice. Nothing to brag about. Except thwart it was 70% of the dish. The chicken brochette(Only one per person!) was not only very small, also incredibly over cooked and dry, very very dry. No taste of freshness or grilled was to be found. More along the lines of a reheated taste and again dry, so very very dry! Again a clear indication of poor choice of ingredients by them using only chicken breast that is already a very dry part of the chicken meat. Them overcooking it made it very unpalatable. The fries, were nothing to brag about either as their fries are clearly from a frozen store bought package. As per the Greek salad, tomatoes were flavourless, unripened with a sandy texture mixed with barely visible crumbled pieces of feta, onion and olives. Their tzatziki was a complete disaster! Chunky, no fresh dill in sight, and with a lumpy like texture. Are their chefs even Greek? Overall, their food was nothing more than a overpriced quantity vs quality version of your Greek chain restaurant (ie:Casa Greque) Based on the items they offer from their menu, most of their dishes involve little to no cooking as they come from a frozen package(Their French fries) and ordinary white rice. With so many outstanding restaurants within the same price range and nearby Tzatziki, your wallet and tummy will be happier going elsewhere, as their dishes are based on already made store bought ingredients that are not properly made(Overcooked!) To me that doesn’t justify $35 per person EXCLUDING soft drinks, alcohol, dessert or appetizer.

The food was really good overall. The lady that served us was really nice and patient! Her suggestion about the two plates to share were exceptional

WORST FOOD EVER!! Not a greek restaurant the food was horrible the chicken, pork, shrimps, Loukaniko, lamb, sausage, the rice, fries. Calamari. The service was unprofessional and slow. the service was a complete disaster. We all had the feeling of a completely disorganized service team, with no communication and no knowledge of the menus. The waiter didn’t no nothing about the menu and my husband is Greek. He had no knowledge at all of their menus and after three mistakes, when in our understanding it's his job to know it, and if not, you check before saying things in a condescending way. Ordered a bottle of red wine brings a bottle of white wine…. I told him that’s not the bottle I ordered. Then comes back again with a wrong bottle. I told him forget it I will have a glass of wine instead. Seem to complicated. We order drinks before our meal we get the drinks after our entrees. The waiter not even to say so sorry nothing. Horrible service food worst ever I ate in my life. We were really disappointed and will definitely not be going back again. As someone of Greek heritage I was quite underwhelmed by the quality of what they offer. Salad, not seasoned and barely any feta.. lamb wasn’t cooked the pork was hard to chew. This is the first time I do a review on a restaurant. I just had to say what a bad experience we had a this restaurant. Save your time and money, there are plenty of real and better restaurants in the area. This is not greek restaurant. If you want to eat real greek authentic food do not come here!

We ordered spanakopita, moussaka and a pita sandwich. Our order was taken 30 minutes after entering the restaurant, and we received spanakopita 45 mins after that. And finally got our food 1 hour after the spanakopita.

Bad service: there were only 2 service staff and 1 cook for like 20 filled tables. Utterly understaffed. 1 waiter was in the kitchen half the time and serving the other half. The other waited was tending the bar half the time and serving the other half. None of them paid any attention to what was going on. We could see many other angry tables. I even had to request that I will be leaving if I did not receive food. The staff was not apologetic about the situation. They did not inform that our food will be delayed throughout the entire wait. They didn't ask if we wanted drinks during the wait as well. They didn't even look at us during the wait. They did not inform us how long we would have to wait. They didn't even fill our glasses with water for the entire duration of the wait. They came towards the end of our wait for a customary fill.

Having a good look at the reviews again, I realize that the 5 star reviews are probably from this restaurant in a parallel universe. It was nothing like they mentioned in the 5 star reviews here. The bad reviews here, however, have my experience in common.

Food: The food was average. The spanakopita had a good flavor and was crispy. The pita and fries were worse that chain restaurants in Montreal (go to Pitarifique if you want to have better Greek pita). The moussaka was a VERY tiny portion, and not worth it. It tasted okay, but definitely not authentic.

Vibe: Not great. It would have been a cute vibe if there were less chairs. There are way too many chairs and too crammed in for a nice eating experience. There was almost no space to walk around the tables and almost no privacy for the 2 seater tables. The bar seemed unnecessarily big and did not have many people on the bar stools.

I do not recommend coming here EVER, UNLESS they increase their staff! At least have 2 cooks! Just 2 so the chef isn't exhausted. And some competent and humble waiters who understand and apologize for delayed service.

Edit after restaurant reply: If staffing was an issue during holiday season, this should have been highlighted at the beginning or the staff should have been trained to be apologetic (or at least informative) for the consequences DURING the service. But looking at the space available in the restaurant, there is no room for any more staff running around, looking at the way tables have been crammed in. Thus, in addition, I do think that there were too many tables for a...

Last Saturday my family and I went to Tzatziki. For several days I have been thinking about leaving or not a comment and because I decided to do it, I hope my comment helps them to improve.

The food was correct, but the service was a complete disaster. We all had the feeling of a completely disorganized service team, with no communication and no knowledge of the menus.

The bad experience was a result of:

The rudeness of a young waitress that she could not have been more unpleasant to us. She had no knowledge at all of their menus and after two mistakes, she kept saying that it was a new menu when in our understanding it's her job to know it, and if not, you check before saying things in a condescending way.

After one hour waiting, with 4 out of 6 people still waiting to eat their main dishes, they came to say to us that there was no more moussaka left.

The salad I asked without cucumber came with cucumber and after asking them to change it I kept waiting until I insisted to them in that moment we realized that they totally forgot.

After 1 hour and 20 minutes, the lamb chops finally arrived without the side dish. When we immediately made the remark to the young waitress she stated with confidence that there was not side dish with the lamb chops and left without even checking. Of course we immediately checked it on the menu and told her about her mistake. Instead of kindly apologizing she just said again: "it's a new menu" and she left. Another waiter that was worried about all the situation that we were experiencing, tried to help all the time and he went to order the rice, but without success because the rice never came and of course we told him.

Finally I would like to thank the only waiter that was worried about the service we were given and also for his apologizes and not charging us the...
