Wendy's — Restaurant in Montreal

0 HYGIENE, NEVER GO THERE!!!!!

Lady at the cashier (red haired) working bare hands, took my order on the machine, cleaned the table, clean the kitchen counter, wipe sweat from her forehead with her t-shirt and her bare hands...

SHE DID NOT WASH HER HANDS OR WORE GLOVES AT ANY TIME.

And right after that she served my order, the fries and touched the fries themselves (not just the paper tray) with the same unwashed bare hands.

She even throw some chicken nuggets sitting on the counter back in the frying basket.

This is highly disgusting and not hygienic, never seen such a thing ever before, this is unacceptable, especially in this COVID era.

I am sorry but this employee should not work there, especially since she offered a very poor service at the same time.

The other employees seemed clean and to work cleanly as well, saw people at the back wearing gloves.

Wendy's HQ please take a look at your cameras and watch by yourself....

If I could give 0 rating I would, we were in the drive-thru for over 40 minutes. When it was time to order, the guy told me he could NOT take my order, after waiting for 40 minutes to get served. I told him I'm complaining to head office, then he said he will take my order. Anyways when I got to the window, he told me in a very rude tone, to go inside to take my order, when i looked inside the store, there were at least 20 people waiting in line. I told him, i don't understand why you can't take my order after waiting for 40 minutes, and you want me to go inside and wait another 40 minutes..........does not make sense.......So i asked him nicely to please take my order and he yelled NO and slammed the window, i though the window was going to break. I don't understand why these kind of people can work at Wendy's. I will never go there again. Horrible staff including the Manager cause he said and...

We haven’t eaten at Wendy’s in a very long time. One of their competitors ran out of meat (yes I know kinda funny a burger joint runs out of meat), it was late and my kids were hungry. So we ordered 3 trios and a chilli taco salad. The food was DISGUSTING. Even my 6 and 10 year old didn’t want to eat it. The burger had a strange artificial taste. The oil the fries were cooked in must be of terrible quality or something as it left a strange aftertaste and wayyyy too much salt. The best part of the meal was the Frosty. I used to love their salads many years ago but not sure what happened. Rotten leaves, literally 3 strands of cheese, watery chilli and terrible salsa that taste like a tin can. All that with a service that left to be desired. In this day and age, I expected better, especially if it was before. Sadly Wendy’s is now another fast food joint...
