Great location for a summer hangout with friends, it's dog and kid friendly, too. Menu items can be a tiny bit pricey, but there are decent choices for everybody. The service can be slow and is in need of massive improvement.
It wasn't my first time at WILLS, but yesterday's experience left a sour note in my mouth:
We were a group of four. Getting the attention of any staff member took way too long when we arrived. There was a food pop-up where no one told us we needed to get up to give our order ticket to the organizer despite having directly ordered food through our waiter. We sat there for a while waiting for the food before we got up and asked about the process. And somehow splitting the bill became a massive headache due to the food order being mixed in with the drinks. The only thing missing is a gluten-free option on the beer menu. I know it’s not easy for a brewery to produce, but adding a few beers from Helix Brewery would be a great touch to the current menu.
Other than that, I have nothing bad to say, it is just perfect!
Keep up...
