I have been ordering from Zenbu for over 10 years. This weekend we re ordered our usual (we typically order once a month) for about $150 and waited 2 hours for delivery (which we were warned, and we decided to go ahead and wait). Well...our sushi's arrived without any soya sauce! I thought they forgot so I called them and got told "we have no soya". When I asked why this wasn't mentioned to me when I ordered the answer was in a rude tone " what would it have changed?". I would NOT HAVE SPENT $150 if I knew they were out of soya ... at a sushi restaurant! This is unacceptable. Next time please warn your clients before they make an order and you are out of soya. They have lost our business.

I wanted to order at 9:30pm and they advertise closing at 10:00pm so when I called they said they were closed because the night was slow. At 9:00pm the chefs had already stopped working. The ladies excuse was we are not chain like Tim hortens so we can close at anytime we want. Therefor the kitchen is closed since 9pm. I don't like false advertising and to be honest for the quality of the food and them lying about there hours of operation, it's not worth the stress of trying to get food. I will suggest...
Read moreIl.est tres rare que je mette des commentaires negatifs car les restaurateurs travaillent tres forts mais pour celui-ci je me sens oblige. Je suis alle un vendredi soir avec une amie debut avril 2024. Ma premiere visite la. Les fritures (pizza sushi) sentaient la vieille huile alors on n a meme pas termine. Les rouleaux de galette de riz sont collants, vraiment pas bons. On a demande la sauce piquante. ils n ont que du sicharacha (bouteille de piment rouge du commerce que l on trouve dans restaurants chinois). Le serveur apporte une bouteiile de sicharacha VIDE. On appele un autre serveur pour lui demander une autre bouteille..il.part avec la bouteille et revient avec LA MEME et la pose sur notre table violemmentsur notre table comme si c etait notre faute. On croyait rêver!!!. On a commande un plat du crabe : c etait des morceaux de GOBERGES... Les plats de petoncles (tout petit petoncles) ne sentait pas bons... Presque on a presque tout laissee. Je n aime pas que l on prenne les clients pour des ignorants. Presque 30 minutes pour avoir l'addition (et encore je ne me suis leve pour aller le demander). La cerise sur le Sunday: ils nous ont fait paye 2.50 pour une coupelle de mayonnaise avec une goutte de sicharacha..qui venait avec le plat.. Je suis alle me plaindre aupres du propriétaire (une chinoise) qui me regardait en souriant.
Bref, le pire restaurant que j ai mange a Laval et a Montréal. Enfin je suis tombé malade de lendemain. Devinez pourquoi. Voilà, je tenais a partager min experience...a...
