The owner's employee mistreated my wife. My wife won't be bringing our child to this establishment anymore as there are many other options around. The employee felt quite confident in mistreating my wife because the employee is the owner's family member / friend. This person never apologized to my wife. They completely misunderstood the situation. This is bad customer service!
Edit:
To the owner's reply:
The situation isn't an exception. A previous Google review indicated that there is a problematic employee who isn't nice. Also, my wife had asked several customers regarding your employee's behaviour and unfortunately they said this person is unfriendly.
My wife came in again after you had spoken to the employee and she (my wife) was ignored. Then you suggested that she come in during the shifts you work which is unreasonable. She should be able to come in whenever she wants with our child because she was a paying customer.
Basically, there hasn't been a reasonable solution. We feel you mix your business with your relationships to the employees (which are your friends and your family members). My wife was a regular customer and has since taken our child to other places with better...
Read moreWe held our child's 3rd birthday party here and it could not have been more perfect!
The guest limits were high enough for other kids, their parents, and family to all gather together.
The cafe's play areas were well thought out, and engaged children from 6 months to 7-8 years, making it easy for all the children to have fun at various levels. The space was also well designed, so children could play and spread out.
There were enough tables and chairs for eating, socializing, etc. while the children played.
We brought cake, snacks, food, and the cafe offered ice, fridge for drinks, speakers for music (yours or theirs). We brought balloons and a simple banner for decoration, but the cafe needed minimal as it was already so appealing.
The best part was a kid's party where the activities were engaging and already there for you, you just show up and have fun. My son still talks about his birthday party months later.
Xanat was an absolute delight to work with: friendly and detailed oriented to ensure that your venue is a stress free part of your planning. Rates were also better than other play cafes I...

It’s a small, cozy café — perfect for moms with toddlers. There’s a cute indoor play area with a ball pit and even a super friendly little dog who’ll keep you company
Didn’t get a chance to try the food this time, but I’ll definitely stop by soon — the machine coffee was quite good!
The only thing that put me off a little was that the owners (a husband–wife duo) were chatting on speaker phone about personal things like “did you lock the house” or “make tea.” Since I could understand everything, it felt a bit awkward and unprofessional. While it’s nice to be friendly and casual, cafés also need a touch of hospitality polish — that little “café vibe” was missing.
Still, it’s a promising place with good potential, and I’m sure the owners will notice and improve with time. Would love to visit again once they find that perfect balance between friendly and...
