They had a pretty impressive selection of flavours with lots of interesting stuff. About a third of the menu was actually plant-based! Usually I prefer plant-based but two of the regular dairy flavours were really calling to me; I sampled the chai with plum swirl and the mascarpone with chocolate, port, and fig swirl. Both were very good but I settled on the mascarpone. The gelato was smooth and very creamy, and the swirl gave it an interesting complex flavour. I got a kids scoop and I was a little disappointed that the kids scoop came on a different waffle cone than the fresh-looking homemade cones that the larger sizes are served on, but it was still a decent cone. All the gelato/ice cream shops that I passed by before arriving here looked good but I was happy that I chose to...

Update: ok i cant be upset about the lids. I brought ice cream home and those lids for sure keep the ice cream at the optimal consistsncy. It tastes so much better there.

The ice cream really is amazing. It is the best plant-based ice cream I have found in years. They always have so many different flavours of plant-based to choose from, too. Other places with vegan options usually only have 1 or 2. I do agree with other reviewers that the staff are quite cold and not very inviting. They are not helpful and only speak the bare minimum required to get through the order. I also don't like the metal lids on all the ice cream. I really need to see before I can choose but I was too scared to ask the employees if I could look. It is also hard for kids to choose...

This place is awesome! They have a delicious natural swing on icecream. There are dairy free and even vegan options. I felt guilty about using a spoon and a disposable cup to enjoy my treat but then they reassured me that both products were compostable. Not only where there waste products disposable but they had a well labeled compost trash can to send your waste to be composted. There establishment appeared fresh, clean, modern and a great place to bring out of town guest. There ice cream is not outrageously over priced. Considering the quality of the product and earth friendly measures that were thought through in delivering there product. They really have aced all aspects that make us, the consumer, keep small local...

My second visit here and it will not be my last! Gelato is fabulous and all made on. Site with local ingredients. On a warm summer night the line up is bout the door but if you come during the day there is a steady trickle of delighted customers. Staff are super friendly and samples are readily available. A few tables and chairs outside and a few inside. There seem to be about 20 or more flavours daily and they do apparently mix it up. I previously had salted caramel, and raspberry rhubarb. OMG mind blowing. This time I had the salted chocolate ( I seem to have a weakness for this salted and sweet profile.) and strawberry cheesecake. Highly recommended!!
