If you don't like to support places with managers on a power trip who treat paying customers like less then human . After having spent a night at ER & have a blanket with them . I'd brought mine from home, for my wait at the hospital @3am..- 730am .. This low-life manager/supervisor- doesn't think anyone who even looks like they might be homeless deserves a place to sit for a couple hours . . Even tho I'd paid for my breakfast and was not being a nuisance to anyone . In my opinion it's disgusting how they behaved simply because I had a blanket with me . I was asked to leave & had the police phoned on me. when I declined because of the audacity of them to another human being displayed so aweful- I truly felt horrible for anyone homeless in this moment . They assumed I was and treated me with utter disrespect. A mom ,who spent night at Emergency room who simply came to eat/ rest until a decent time in the morning where my kids weren't woken early and pulled out of bed to rush over & pick me up . I stood up for myself but they in my opinion don't deserve business until they start over and hire better people who treat ppl respectfully regardless of what personal assumptions they have made against Homeless people. Go on try it out . Test it out for yourself how they treat ppl if they assume ur homeless- if u feel that's right behavior- by all means don't let this review stop you. But if like me you feel that biased unfair treatment of paying customers is unacceptable- then do what I'm going to do and don't buy nothing from this location . 🤡 funny true story we have 4 kids whom would have probably had a meal when dad got them loaded into carseats to come pick me up . So u not only lost money for the food I'd intended to get after 11 .. u lost All future purchases I'd have made for my family of SIX- who BTW order fast food like- Alot ! 300-500 a mnth at least 😅 😆 bad choices have...
Read moreMy son and I chose McDonalds over Timmy's for drive thru breakfast this morning on the way to help friends move. As we tried to order, the girl taking our order kept saying over and she couldn't hear us because there were too many people talking in her headset. Finally, after asking her twice if she could hear me yet, she said yes, and I asked her for the fourth time if any of the breakfast sandwiches came on a biscuit. She said yes. I ordered one sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit, with a hash brown (which she asked me to repeat) one sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel with a hash brown, and a large coffee with one cream and one Splenda. I get to the first window and the girl repeats my order. There was only 1 hashbrown on the order so I ask her to add a second, she does and I paid and drove up. We got ONE hashbrown, one sausage egg and cheese on a bagel, one sausage egg and cheese on an ENGLISH MUFFIN, and a coffee with cream, no Splenda. The cup had cream and Splenda written on a sticky label. Hmm. Charged for 2 hashbrowns and given 1 (after sorting that out and paying for 2), one wrong sandwich, and the coffee was wrong. I did not have time to go back and fix it. Had to meet movers. Why do I bother? Last time here I wanted to treat the staff at work and brought in 8 sausage egg and cheese Mcmuffins. None of them had EGGS in them. When I called to complain, they (the teenaged manager) said they remembered that order and I ordered it that way. NOPE. Didn't. No offer to make it right. Should have picked Timmy's. Both...
Read moreI usually always go to this McDonald’s as I have never had an issue but after tonight I am going to be choosing another location. My boyfriend and I went to get some ice cream after a long walk, I ordered a cone and he ordered a snack size skor McFlurry. We were told our total and went to the first window, the girl at the first window said our total and since it was the same one we didn’t think anything of it. We were never confirmed what we ordered but because it was a small amount and no one was behind us we continued to the next window. We were greeted by a young man throwing a bag at us, we said that was not what we ordered. We told him what we were supposed to have and he left. Didn’t return for another couple minutes and then returned with a receipt and rudely said “This is what you paid for.” And my boyfriend said that was not what we ordered. Still very patient while we waited, no anger or resentment, I work in customer service and understand mistakes happen. We were shown a receipt for a large coke and large fry. He left again this time a little bit longer, came back with our cone and McFlurry. We still have not been rude or angry and he tells us “Next time confirm your order first.” Now I know this was uncalled for as a simple sorry for the confusion would have been fine but I was put off by the way he made it seem like it was our fault. I am not someone who complains but I don’t think I’ll...
