Really enjoyed sitting there waiting to order in drive through while the next three cars that came after me were served first in the other lane. Why is training a swear word for you?
Editing today.
What the actual eff.
Day three of being parked for a coffee. Really? You can't even keep coffee brewed? Are you for real?
A 3 minute transaction taking ten, while I sit in my vehicle, waiting for.... coffee.
Wow. Do they not do training anymore?

Drive through. Ordered 3 combos. Asked for total to have payment ready.
Didnt get it. Was told first wondow.
Get to first window. Couldn't get total. Only "card or cash". I asked. Depends on how much. She then tried to bill me for a wrap and a drink. Not even the correct order. Asked again total. She tells me. So I pay. Lade with neck batman tattoo.
Get to second window. She tries to give me an orange pekoe tea. I corrected that I ordered 3 meals. Combos. Asks me again, "the wrap?". No. Three big arch combos. Eastern lady. Then another lady corrects her "no, this order is the one i got the drinks ready for you".
Then parks us. I am sitting here waiting. Total time in driverhrough now over 15 minutes. And no food.
I'm ok with some delays. I get it. I'm ok with asking to qualify the order. But so many times on one visit, multiple attempts to have me first pay for the wrong orders, then accept the wrong orders. Come on. This is over 50 dollars in three meals. And zero efforts to ensure customers get reasonable service.
Again, is there no such thing...
Read moreI sound really nit picky here but this has happened so many times at this location. They asked if I collected points so I gave them the code. They asked me to repeat the code and I did and then he repeated it back and I placed my order. Everything was on the screen. I went to the window paid. They told me to wait because they had multiple bags for me as it’s my kids birthday today and this was his dinner request. I order everyone’s food and leave. I get home and I don’t have a receipt because they never give one and it’s not showing up on my app so I call multiple times before I get an answer and they pull up my order and apparently half the food I ordered wasn’t even ordered even though my bill is higher than it should be, but of course I’ve got zero proof because they didn’t take my code for the app and didn’t give me a receipt. McDonald’s isn’t a meal of choice. It’s a meal of convenience after a long day of driving around and trying to plan my son‘s party and pick everything up the last thing that I wanna do go 20 minutes out of my way to the closest McDonald’s to get everyone else’s food. Do better at your jobs. Check the bags check the orders give people their receipt every single time. It’s not difficult. I won’t return to this location as it’s caused way to much unwanted stress and more inconvenience then what it’s...
Read moreAbsolutely disgusted by the service I recieved from an employee this evening while in drive-thru. The employee (Tyson) in drive-thru did not have a very professional attitude and was in fact quite rude with their customer service. After placing our order he stated "Next Window" without stating my total so we could get payment ready. We proceeded to drive up to the 2nd window were the employee waved us down as no one was at the "Next Window".
We pull up to the window and my wife asked me what the total was & I said I'm not to sure as they never told us. The employee looks at us and says " what's up" with tone in their voice. I explained we weren't aware of the total for our order after placing our order at the order board. That's when Tyson with attitude in their voice stated they don't give the total until it's time to collect payment.
I responded and said that other McDonald's Locations including terminal ave have no issue stating the totals at the order boards before pulling up to the windows. They then replied back and said this isn't terminal or other locations.
What really upset me was the smirks and smiles this employee had on their face especially while standing behind the manager as I expressed my issue of their...
