I used to love taco bells - straight up this place shouldn’t even be able to call itself Taco Bell. It is an absolute joke and I’m surprised it’s still open. DO NOT EAT HERE. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I’ve never had good food or service here. The food is stale. The service is a bunch of moody teenagers. This visit was my last and I didn’t even get food. I went through the drive through at 7:30PM but they played a message that said they were closed even though they don’t close until ten and had customers inside. So I parked and went in and proceeded to stand at the counter for ten minutes. Employees walked around in the back and definitely saw me. They didn’t want to do their job so they ignored me until I left. This place should literally be forced to shut down. It probably gets people sick all the time and there isn’t a shred of hospitality service in this place; and it’s fast food so the bar is incredibly low.
Also side note? Every burrito I’ve gotten here has come out in the shape of a square. Like what? An actual joke. You could not pay me to come back here. I hope whoever owns this place pulls their head out of the dirt and starts managing their business. Because this is utterly pathetic. Save your money and get Dairy Queen. It’s right next...
Read moreFirst off, the dining room was a mess. Why doesn’t anyone take five minutes every 30 minutes to clean up? Beats me.
Second, the service was lacking. I asked for the chicken sandwich special for the day, and the person behind the register didn’t know how to ring it in. A supervisor (I’m guessing) came to help him out, and I was able to finally pay for our order.
Third, could the food take any longer to come out? All my previous visits (mind you, it has been at least a year) had me wait about five minutes tops for my food. Today? Close to 20 minutes. By that time, my Gordita wrap was hard to remove from the paper as it was stuck to it. The chicken sandwich and nacho fries were also cold. The only thing that was hot was the chicken from my wife’s two piece combo. Didn’t seem like they allowed the chicken to drain some of the fat off it as everything. Was super greasy. We guessed that they were waiting on the chicken to cook, so they prepared everything else without a worry that they would be cold by the time the chicken was ready. Just ridiculous.
Either they were short staffed, had too many new staff, or they were just plain disorganized. Just know that when I get a craving for Taco Bell again, I’ll wait until I go to Vancouver or something. The local one is...
Read moreThis place pisses me off. The last 6-7 times that I have tried to get Taco Bell here I was denied because either they were closed even though their hours said they were still open, or they were open but only the KFC part was available because they would claim that Taco Bell was short of staff or short on supplies. And then whenever I capitulate to this only option, I always get obviously remicrowaved chicken that is super dry inside and the super salty skin is like a wet napkin. And the spicy option is never ever ready or available. The employees of Taco Bell are always rude, impatient, cocky, lazy, slow, dishonest, standoffish and indifferent. On the rare occasions that I was actually able to eat at or get Taco Bell, the fountain drink machines are always flat and out of carbon, the garbages are filled to the brim or overflowing onto the grounds around them, tables and floors are filthy, washrooms are disgusting, they get my orders wrong or I am missing an item(s), etc. We all need to report this location and its owner to the Taco Bell franchise or big wigs to have this location closed down or the owner replaced with someone who is competent and actually cares about...
