Leaving a one star review until you put a garbage can back in the drive-through. You have them all around the store except the drive through? The lane people literally go through and are always customers because there is no other reason to go through there? I'm not that guy that is going to litter to make a point, but I wouldn't be surprised if there were people having to clean up garbage since this location decided to remove garbage cans.

I come here nearly every morning for my tea. The location itself is actually fine and I have no issues with it. Would say it is actually around 4 stars; quick and they never have messed up my (super basic) order.

Edit: can’t get a farmers breakfast wrap because they neve have hash browns and can’t get a blueberry bagel, they also don’t have strawberry cream cheese. Tea is still good, but you should probably never come to this location if...

This place is always a dud. 80% of the time they are out of ice coffee and 90% of donuts at every given time of the day. I’ve tried this location in the morning afternoon and night and they’re always out of everything. Half of the staff is friendly and competent and the other half is rude and doesn’t do their job. I had to ask the employee to get my donut after 10 minutes of waiting while she chatted with her other employees laughing, and when I politely asked she rolled her eyes and stomped off as if I was an in-convince to her and her conversation! I spend money at this location everyday as it’s the closest one to me and I really don’t think it’s hard to be greeted by a friendly voice over the drive thru mic or given proper service...

Avoid this location. Been to several Tims without issues and this one gave me chicken instead of a veggie wrap, which for a vegetarian can make you sick. They offered me a free wrap for next time but by the time I wanted one they crossed my name off and said I had already received it which I hadn't and then changed the story to 'well it's been a month'. No one told me there's a timeline. It had been a few weeks because I was grossed out from the chicken wrap and didn't have an appetite for it. They don't care at all here. I would never trust them to serve me food. If they'd just make up for their mistake they'd make a lot more money instead of fighting so hard to not give me the $7...
