Wendy's — Restaurant in New Glasgow

I recently placed an order through Skip The Dishes from this Wendy's location, and I was thoroughly impressed. The quality of the food was exceptional - it was prepared perfectly, with just the right amount of seasoning and minimal grease.

It meant a great deal to us to find this quick and familiar restaurant open late and so close to the highway. We were making a very late trip home after a long day out in Halifax and found we had managed to miss dinner, were hungry, and most places were closed. The parking was large and very easy to navigate with our larger truck, the place was well lit, roomy and family friendly, the staff was busy, friendly and helpful. And it was clean, with no late night closed seating sections so there was plenty of choice for where we wanted to sit. This is the fastest fast food restaurant in New Glasgow. The friendly staff work hard and I have never waited more than 3 minutes for my food when ordering inside. The majority of fast food places seem to prioritize drive through, but this Wendy's has an excellent balance between their drive through and their front counter. I also really like the soft drink machine and that I can choose different flavors to add to my Coke haha My one complaint is the decor is fairly sterile and its always cold in there, so only 3 stars for atmosphere. I prefer ordering inside rather than the drive through, but I would rather eat in my car afterwards...
