Close to the best Donaire I have ever had. Would easily be the best if one they had just something missing in the Donaire meat. Secondly the sizing of it was drastically different from first to second Donaire I had. Other than that it is real in shop made meat which is rare these days. Good overall experience and food. Staff are great so far. Well throw out anything I said above as the large Donair I got a couple nights ago was fairly a small let alone large. My cousin was with me and left a review as well. I truly feel ripped off as their food is fairly pricey to start with which is well over fifteen dollars. I was literally still hungry after spending so much. To top it off the containers of sauce were opened and made a mess. I WILL BE HAVING A CHAT WITH OWNER AND MANAGER OVER THIS ONE AS I TRULY FEEL TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!!!! Where do you get off using your very customers like this after all you can go just as quickly as you came as us customers keep you in business. REMEMBER THAT. Read moreI decided to update my review. I've gotten to know some of the employees here and especially the manager. He's an awesome dude. He brought a massive amount of pizza to my birthday party the other year. And today was a little bit extra.
I suffered a severe mental health crisis last week. In fact today represents one week since I went to the local mental health crisis center. I ordered pizza because I just wanted it.
He said to me, when he delivered my pizza that I'm a nice guy and I don't deserve any of this. And those little bit of words that he said, after he left it brought tears to my eyes.
That subtle comment. When I've been experiencing a severe mental health break, a severe mental health crisis that puts my life in jeopardy, his words meant more to me than you can imagine.
I swear to God, that piece of pizza that I just ate was the best tasting piece of pizza in my entire life. And now I'm going to sit down and I'm going to eat my donair and it's going to be the most delicious toner...
Read moreBeing elsewhere in the world really puts into perspective just how good this pizza is—good value, especially; the slices (meat lovers and deluxe) that will usually be ready-to-order are large, rich with toppings, and NEVER greasy (the bacon bits are greasy, but this is perhaps to be expected). The crust tastes good and is never soggy on the bottom. I don't find any of it too salty (I will say that I like my salt—the pun I could make here feels kinda low-hanging loel—but I would honestly be surprised if you found it salty). There's the classic "pizzeria" smell, adequate seating (it's never crowded—pizza was meant to be taken home), and a bathroom(! With privacy!). I've never had New York pizza—but I've had Glasgow pizza now, and I prefer this by quite a lot (maybe it's just my familiarity).
