I guess some of the slushes and bubble teas are great, really big deal compare to the sizes of other tea shops, but the Uber orders of the signature hot drinks were not treated with seriousness. Just a moment ago I have placed an order on Uber for the passion fruit lemon brew since it’s buy one get one. I upgraded my drink to medium added 2 dollars (1 dollar each, since it’s buy one get one) and added tapioca to my order for 1.10 (0.55 for EACH) and the tapioca is just MISSING when it arrived. I know it’s only 1 dollar thing, but I paid for it. If there is reasons that u cannot put tapioca in because it’s hot drink or any reasons u should mention it in the description or something. The girl who did not want to share her name because she already knew a review is on the way because of her behaviour and bad attitude. She was not even wearing a nam badge. Writing the time 12:30pm in the afternoon 21st Oct so that the team knows who she is. Alone at store working and no greetings instead a very rude way of dealing specially when only 1 customer is at the store. I really like your smoothies that the reason I was at the store and you simply expect to order, pay and once you get your stuff you are out.
