Staff is somewhat helpful. Not super kind. They have a bit of an attitude. And their prices- I find are always misleading - perhaps on purpose? They provide what it would cost in pounds and grams and then charge you in KG, so why not out what it costs in actual KG then? If that’s what your register is at? Overall I go there for their products. The nuts area so close to the baking I get it- but it makes me nervous as so many people have almond and peanuts allergies and tree nut allergies. And I did see some people mix scoops- or if they touch a peanut and then a scoop and then I touch it- it can be extremely dangerous. Thought Canada was all about inclusivity? lol. Whichever two employees were closing the store this evening are severely lacking in customer service skills. When I walked in one associate was playfully hitting the other and neither of them acknowledged me, said hello, or asked me if I needed help with anything while I was shopping. When I went to cash out, I stood there for about 2 minutes before someone finally came over. Again - the associate said nothing other than "which ones are these?" while holding up a bag of gummy bears. When I finished paying, she did not say goodbye, have a nice evening, nothing. I've never had an issue with staff at any Bulk Barn I've visited until now. Management might want to coach their staff on how to deliver proper...

Been in here a few times and it was difficult to find something, I spent 30 minutes today for looking for something,,I went back up to cash , asking where the ginger was ,she told me the back corner in the white boxes.

Still I couldn't find and ginger, So back up to cash the lady seen and asked me how I did, I showed her my emptied hands ,( also no staff on the floor.

She pointed to where the ginger was, on the bottom and couldn't see the sign what inside, , had to look at the just right and bent over ,how about putting the signs in a better place.
