WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! how hard it is to be polite and respectful to someone who is bringing you business? you work there because we eat there. It was my first time eating here , the girl at the cash was ignorant, another lady who was supposed to put toppings seems uninterested, rude, i asked her to add cheese because my daughter changed her mind and requested cheese slicevon burger, she acted so upset and made me feel so uncomfortable even though i was paying for food, i didn't ask anything for free, she added no sauce at all, not even ketchup and mayo, i requested her again and she responded in very unprofessional way. it was when i was the only customer in line . forget about rush hour. the indian girl looked working under pressure by her co workers, washroom was out of toilet paper, filthy. having employees like that is not good for business, i am never...

Tonight the Supervisor was standing in plain sight on her cell phone then put it in her pocket and she proceeded to make my food without washing her hands or putting gloves on. When she brought the the food to the window I politely asked her to clean her hands put gloves on and remake the food. She had the employee working the drive thru remake the food. While the drive thru employee was remaking the food she was also still doing the drive through.. the supervisor just stood there and did not help her at all.

Supervisors should lead by example.

The drive thru employee could not have been sweeter, she is very good at her job. She apologized for the behavior of her superior... perhaps it's time to re-evaluate this supervisor and her ability...

We ordered for delivery and it's our first time ordering from this restaurant. We thought when you order a burger, its comes with garnishes like lettuce, tomatoes etc... coz most ordering app won't let you check out if you need to indicate items specifically. Our burgers came, and its just the bun and the patty. I wish the restaurant should have called us to confirm if the order is right as a part of customer service. I called the restaurant and told me that they wont do that, and they don't have our contact number either, which is so weird coz I worked in a restaurant too, customer's info and number are in the app in case you need to contact them regarding their order. Totally disappointed....will never order in this...
