We stopped by The Blind Pig in Niagara Falls and had such a great meal! We started with the pickle poutine fries, which were totally unique—crispy fries topped with garlic aioli and shredded pickles. The bold, tangy flavors were unlike anything we’ve had before and completely addictive. I had the grilled peach salad with a side of fries, which was the perfect healthy break during our family vacation of binge eating. I’ll be dreaming about that perfect combo of crunchy nuts, soft peaches, and creamy goat cheese for a long time. My husband ordered the Big Pig Smash Burger, and the secret sauce was fantastic—adding just the right zing to a juicy, smoky burger. What truly made our experience unforgettable was our server, Adam. He was the only person working the front of house, effortlessly handling bartending, serving, bussing, and running food all at once. Despite juggling our table of six plus others, he was incredibly calm, friendly, and attentive—always with a genuine smile and positive attitude. Anyone who can keep such high energy and excellent service going while running the entire restaurant clearly deserves a raise and a big shoutout! A major thank you from us Americans visiting from Florida—we’ll definitely be raving about this place back home. Between the creative food and outstanding service, The Blind Pig definitely deserves a return visit!

Stopped in at The Blind Pig while visiting Niagara Falls and had a great experience overall. My wife went with the fish and chips, and I had the whisky burger — both were solid choices. The fish was crispy and flaky, and the fries were seasoned just right. My burger was juicy, cooked perfectly, and had that nice kick from the whisky glaze. We started off with the pork belly appetizer, which was rich, tender, and full of flavor — definitely recommend that one. For dessert, we had the ice cream-filled hazelnut crepes, which were the surprise highlight. They were light, crispy, and not overly sweet — a great finish to the meal. The atmosphere was fun and lively — a little on the loud side, but that’s to be expected in a pub setting. Lots of people chatting and laughing, but it still had a cool vibe and felt welcoming. Would definitely go back again. Great food, good drinks, and a casual, upbeat place to spend an evening.

I really don't want to take a star off because the servers, the person at the bar, and everyone I talked with were absolutely nice and awesome to interact with. But man, oh man, my food desperately needed salt. I got the honey glazed fried chicken and while I could taste the honey, and the chicken was nice and crispy, it had no salt at all. The other meal I got was the bourbon glazed pork belly but again, it needed salt. The dishes come with seasoned vegetables, but all there was were half cooked carrots. I mean literally you cut the carrot and your knife hits the plate hard because you need so much effort to cut it. Also the rice was completely plain. I guess I'm nitpicking here, but how exactly does plain white rice go with sweet carrots and sweet chicken? There is no balance at all, it becomes all sweet. Regardless, the workers at this restaurant are exceptionally nice.

For the first time, we came to The Blind Pig last Saturday to grab something to eat before a show at The Fallsview Casino. There were 4 of us in our party. For appetizers were had the wings which were very tasty, good size, meaty and nicely sauced. We also had the wonton nachos with chicken which were absolutely delicious! They were thin and so crispy that you couldn't help yourself but to keep eating more. For our mains, two of us ordered the 40 Creek burger with fries/sweet potato fries and the other two the Cubano 1 with fries and the other with red pepper soup. The 40 creek burgers were deliciously thick, juicy and flavourful and the added the crispy bacon just pushed it over the top! My mouth kept begging for more of it. Lol The Cubanos were polished off and thoroughly enjoyed by both individuals which were stuffed with pulled pork, pork belly and ham. One person was struggling to finish the sandwich whereas the other one had no problem finishing the huge meat stuffed sandwich. The red pepper soup was velvety and creamy yet not loaded with cream. But the flavour was outstanding! Our server was very attentive, courteous and helped us to choose our mains based on his recommendations. I think that the only complaint on this establishment is the chairs which were not very comfortable for sitting a long period of time. The food portions were more than generous and the flavours were phenomenal! We will be co.ing back for...
