Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

Only in Niagara falls.. try and grab a hot and ready none available, the customer ahead tried to order one too, so DONT COME HERE FOR HOT N READY. I guess they only realise to make more after the last sold. Order crazy bread. Within an honest 2 bites I realise this isn't right... At all. Went back within 10 mins explained nicely that it tasted awful and would like a refund if it was possible, I'm not trying to get free food just don't want to pay for unedible garbage. Only to be told by one of the worst people I've ever met in my life that it was taken out of the oven 10 min ago it's impossible it tastes bad. I just wanted to eat some food not drive around and argue with people! For fun I called the 2 other little ceasers explained the situation and both said I should have gotten a refund. The staff working Jan 3rd should be in a factory moving boxes not interacting with public. I could tell as soon she started talking in her condensing tone she already had her brain cell set no, even though I was right and the food tasted awful, you can see how off the colour is in the picture I posted. Having people like that representing your company shows everyone you couldn't handle running a bath. Wouldn't you want to hire half decent people that listen to a customers valid complaint? If you are a US citizen be careful with paying in cash. There was a $1 charge extra and the employee told me if I handed him a $10 he was keeping it!!😳 I had to find a $1 and I did but that was super sketchy. And no he was no joking at all. He stood there and stared at me when I said are you serious.

Update: no there was no miscommunication here what so ever regarding money exchange. I already paid and wanted to revise the order and I absolutely paid $1 more. I tried to give a $10 and was told I would need a $1 because if I gave the $10 I was not getting change. Your employee was furious I assume for working on Easter. Feb 21st-23rd at around dinnertime at the Thorold Stone location in Niagara Falls,a very heavy young guy with a bad attitude effectively threw the pizza at me knocking off the dips, also leaving very gross sweat stains on the box.
