Wendy's — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

Two years ago this month (Aug 2023) and after ownership changed, I stopped going. My last visit in August 2023 was BRUTAL!! I ordered a meal (salad, water and a burger). When I got home and opened the bag, the salad was old, smelly, rotting garbage...so, I drove back to the drive thru and the mgr said sorry and had someone re-make the salad. This is when I noticed that ALL the individuals inside were "NEW". Rather than just replace my meal, they simply re-made the salad so my meal burger was cold!! Imagine the STUPIDITY OF THE IDIOT IN CHARGE! Two years now buddy boy, and I haven't been to ANY WENDYS since and likely will never again. I ordered from this location through skip the dishes. And it's the biggest JOKE I've ever dealt with. I've ordered from this location multiple times, and I either get the WRONG order or items are MISSING. Today, for instance, I ordered a taco salad. They send me the salad, the salsa, and the sour cream showed up. But the chili and tortilla chips were missing. The only items that made it a TACO SALAD were the things that didn't show up. Absolute B.S. at it's finest. But then again, it's not the first time that I've had these issues with this location. This is a new fast food addition to the busy neighbourhood. With several grocery stores, a few strip malls, pharmacy, liquor stores, car dealerships and a few apartment buildings, this area of Niagara Falls is pretty busy. This Wendy's restaurant is spanking new, the staff is still learning the tasks they are assigned to, but if you are not in a hurry you will enjoy a quiet atmosphere, while it lasts. In a few months this place will be busier. There are plenty of tables, free WiFi but the parking space seems limited when they get busier.
