Patience and quality workmanship. I went in with "an idea" of a new ring for my 25th anniversary. With nothing similar for me to try on to decide if my idea looked good on my hand, they designed a ring for me, based on the info I gave them. After they made it, they let me take it home and take time to decide if I liked it. I changed my mind, and we started all over again. Then I changed my mind again, and changed my mind, and changed my mind. Each time they let me take it home wear it, and decide. Not super impressed with the quality of my product. I brought my fiance's white gold wedding band in to be sized. When picked up I noticed a little chip out of it. The repair man tried to buff it out but it didn't fully remove the chip. Then we noticed it wasn't even fully rounded. It's off shape. He tried to tell me some jazz about the gold being different etc however I have sized many rings over the years and have never had the shape be off due to the gold. My wife and I searched for a watch for me for weeks until we finally found it here. Unfortunately, at checkout, they told us that the person in charge of adjusting the watch wasn't there and that we could return. This was a bit unpleasant because our time was limited.
