I am giving one star for the food. I ordered a simple pan pizza and they gave me a play dough. I spoke to some lady , telling her “ this is not my first time ordering I know when a pizza is not well done or even half done” she told me “ I’m sorry it comes like that “ making me look like it’s my first time ordering pizza from dominos. We ended up concluding on the actual thing and she told me to order another one, I told her if they can not get this right how would they get the second one right ?. She then told me she would give me 50% off after talking to the manager. I told her I cannot be paying for their mistake and we decided on me paying.
After I made the second order I told her” I do not want any pan I want the normal hand toast since the pan is undone and comes like that (like she said)“. She said “no problem “ while it was processing I re-baked the first undone pizza my self and the dough became fluffy instead of chewy like it’s undone . (Which confirms the pizza was initially undone )
They finally delivered the second one and I paid just for it to be undone againnnnnn. Rubbish equals FOOD POISONING. Mind you, this was not the same order anymore it was the regular toast or bake this time.
With what I’ve said , I think you need to do better and make a proper pizza . It’s that simple. I cannot be paying for something I will remake, that is your job .
Be mindful ordering from this location so you don’t get food poisoning .
The customer service was good but the kitchen NO.
I will attach some pictures...
Read moreRidiculous! So after a mild squabble with the management, I took a hiatus on purchasing pizza at Domino's pizza of North Bay. After a month or two down the road, I check my profile to see that Domino's HQ had resolved a prior issue I had and reimbursed me. I ordered a pizza, then two, then sure enough I am 12 pizzas in and suddenly they cancel an order I made. I make a call, see what's up; some kid (not the manager) tells me he had (HAD) to cancel my order because I had a dispute with management in May 2017. It's December 2017 and I have 12 online receipts since I submitted a report. I don't get it, but I know for sure, Toppers, you are this guys number 1 pizza business in the city. If you are from out of town, please don't waste your hard earn money on this establishment. They truly do not deserve it. There are many great Pizza Restaurants this city has to offer. From Greco's and Churchill for the high end dine-in, to Toppers pizza (which in my opinion has the best crust recipe). I hope this was helpful for anyone who respects customer loyalty and all that comes with it.
-Update- So after a conversation with the franchise owner, I was giving a proper apology and was reimbursed. Thank you for making this right and thank you for taking care of your customers. Keep up...
Read moreUnfortunately tonight we did not have the same experience with dominos as we once did. But like me first by saying that the cheesy stuffed cheese bread was amazing! But then we got to pizza! The first pizza with the two pieces pulled off was not cooked long enough. Their tracker stated they put the items in the oven at 9:17 and at 9:25 they were out the door. I don’t feel like that was long enough for a PAN pizza as there is more dough to be cooked. Second pizza came, I called at 9:50 and it was there by 10:10, and they said they cooked it well done, it don’t look any different from the first and the dough in the middle was still doughy and stretchy. When calling the store a second time, I would have believed it was the manager but I can be wrong. This person was rude and had the worst customer service phone attitude while on the phone. When offered a refund, this manager said that we have to come to the store for the refund and return the pizza; when said we don’t drive and it’s a 45 min walk, he said he don’t care. It’s after 10:30pm and it’s windy chilly and raining outside. Unbelievable!! Didn’t feel like cooking tonight and just wanted to enjoy a pan pizza from dominos as we think it’s awesome pizza but after this, not sure if it’s worth the money with this...
