This is a tricky review. I’ll start by saying I really like the pizza they serve. But this location is not without its faults. I’ve ordered from this place about 10 times since moving to North Bay last year. My order is usually the same, but I do customize my order a lot with 5+ modifications. I don’t ever do delivery, because I live close by and I think you’re just asking for a disappointment with delivery. I drive there just before the estimated time of completion, pay, and take it home. Apart from two separate occasions where the pizza was a little underwhelming, I’ve been really, really happy with my order. The quality is excellent, the order is accurate, and the service is great. Now the low ratings I can somewhat understand. The foyer is not very clean, and generally the seating area isn’t very inviting. The waiting area is quite awkward and there could be more signs to help direct customers and delivery drivers. The vagrants who hang out are commonplace in the community, but it certainly isn’t very welcoming when they invite themselves into the restaurant as unpaying guests. But apart from calling the police, I’m not sure the staff themselves should do a whole lot. I wouldn’t put myself in harms way, so I don’t expect them to. The foyer, windows, floor and FOH area could really use a thorough cleaning. It’s not dirty per se, I just don’t think it would pass any sort of corporate review. I’ve seen worse. I’ve seen better. The staff are kind and let’s face it, it’s largely a thankless job. My experience has been that they make good pizza and I’ll likely be back again soon. EDIT: I've come back to this review and changed it from 4 stars to 5 stars. Since leaving my review, the lobby/foyer has gotten much cleaner, the waiting area got a fresh paint job and is much nicer, and the staff have been very proactive about ensuring that the seating areas are available for paying customers. I personally witnessed a staff member asking a very intoxicated person to leave the restaurant, which is not a fun or safe task, but appreciated. The staff are also all very welcoming and kind. That alone says a lot about this place. EDIT 2: Decreasing from 5 stars down to 3. This update is more reflective of Pizza Pizza as a brand and their general decline. They've removed so many good items from the toppings menu (caramelized onions, artichokes, chorizo 'crumble', garlic seasoning) and haven't offered any remotely better substitutes. The toppings now are so bland, they taste like they were cut two weeks ago and shipped out in a bag. Probably were, but it's come at the expense of quality and flavour. The most recent pizza had a 'smell' to it. Couldn't really describe it other than just not fresh. I've always been a loud advocate for Pizza Pizza but their continued decline and their lack of appealing toppings has lost them another customer. The North Bay location at least has decent service, good timing, and is generally kept clean. But the Dominoes down the street currently makes much better pizza.

My son took me for a ride yesterday.I got a bit hungry so I said let's try just a few slices of pizza each.So we stopped at this establishment for the first and LAST time. He came back to truck with 2 bags. He said do you want meat eater or deluxe.I took deluxe bag. I was disturbed when I seen the pizzas.Nothing but a few mushrooms,a few green peppers, pepperoni. That was my deluxe. The cheese was over cooked and well,it was gross to eat. After 2 bites it went back in bag. The crows got the rest. This is ripping off the public. Disgusting!

I ordered the pizza from the place and customize it but the lady working there made pizza it was’nt look like pizza actually she put alot of cream and cheeze on base and also she burned the pizza .. then when i went back to show her then instead of feeling sorry she started arguing with me.. I am eating pizza from the same place from 2 years but this time my experience was so bad and never prefer to go there again to eat.. if i would give rate in negative then i would give -100 .

Soo, I ordered a pizza to the hospital as a birthday suprise for a friend. First i was told they cant deliver inside the hospital to a floor, which I was only told after I called customer service to ensure the drive knew which floor to go to. I offered to pay more so it could get to the floor, but apparently its against their policy. Ok no worries. So I told my friend to expect the pizza. Fast forward to when the driver calls me to say "well I cant get ahold of her, so youre going to have to do it yourself because I have 2 other deliveries to make " Appreciate the honesty, but your other deliveries arent my problem. She was busy on the floor, taking care of patients and unable to answer the drivers call. So I told the driver he could either drop his other deliveries off first, or drop it off to any other staff member in emerge (via emerge doors) say which dept it was for, and leave it. Instead he apparently sat outside in his car for 15 minutes, then left rather than inform me of this or go inside.

So I call customer today, Just to say hey this happened. The response I got was basically well they couldnt get ahold of your friend so he brought it back and we cancelled the order (which i had paid for online). Again, none of this I was informed of before calling myself. The customer service was speaking over me, giving me the run around, and either lying or the driver never gave the entire story to the store because I have texts to the driver that prove otherwise.

Basically I would not recommend this place at all.

I hope if you choose this place that you have a better experience...

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A 0 THAT STILL WOULDN'T BE LOW ENOUGH! I ordered pizza for the first time at this location for pick up at 11:05pm, rep on the phone told me the pizza will be ready for pick up in 20 minutes. I made my way over, whole place had one light on making me think it was closed at first. After realizing it was open I walked in and immediately starting hearing people getting very mad at the guy working the counter because they have been waiting over an hour for their orders. There was a man at the cash(clearly homeless and just hungry) asking the worker if he can take his order and the worker just stood there chit chatting with a group of friends on my side of the counter, it was ridiculous!!!! EVERYTIME someone would ask the guy if we can make our orders he would tell me “give me 5 minutes , I’m super busy” and then just stop and laugh and talk to his friends. After waiting 20 minutes without being acknowledged I asked him if my pizza I ordered 40 minutes ago was ready and he said “give me 5 minutes I’m busy” so at that point I just yelled down at the pizza maker and asked if the cauliflowers crust was done and he was just taking the frozen crust out of the package! I said forget it and walked out! I have never experienced this in my life! This was so pathetic! OH and I forgot to mention when he started taking the homeless mans order he STOPPED to cash out his FRIEND instead and even then sat there for TEN minutes checking him out…. It was insane. This man simply was just hungry and was being discriminated against for being homeless! Shut this...
