WARNING: BED BUGS!!!

Stayed here on September 8th 2025. Definitely the sketchiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There were obviously drug deals going on outside of the other rooms. The halls and stairwells smell like old pee and there was homeless people walking around the parking lot all night checking car handles to see if they can get in. I was legit afraid to sleep there so I pushed the couch infront of the door and used the chair 🪑 to block the closet door that had a big vent in it.

I woke up in the morning, took a shower and while I was getting dressed, I noticed a cluster of 12 bug bites on my chest. I then found more clusters behind my ear on my neck, under my chin, behind my right shoulder and another spot on the back of my arm. More cluster bites on my left arm and shoulder. I wore my pants, tank top and socks to bed the night before and had bites in all exposed areas of skin.

I contacted the property manager to let them know about my experience and warn them about their bed bug issue. The manager was defensive and kept saying they have never had a complaint before, even though I was clearly calling to make a complaint.

Anyway, do yourself a favour, rent somewhere else unless you don't mind getting bed bug bites everywhere and having to deal with possible contamination in your own...

It’s a get what you pay for kind of place.

The gentleman at check in was very lovely. Super nice and had great customer service. Which made me feel better about being there given the location this place is in..

Room was cozy and clean but could probably use some Reno’s (walls in the bathroom were stained and the wallpaper on the ceiling above the shower is completely coming off in pieces) as well as the hallways and stair wells (the hallway leading up to my room on the second floor smelled of urine and the carpet looked to be from the 70’s..)

There is also some weirdos that tend to hang around the area. Not very courteous to those staying. Super loud outside and in the hallways at all hours of the day and night. I literally didn’t sleep my first night because people were either fighting or banging on doors.

Check out was easy and quick.

Cheap rate for those not looking to spend a ton for a place to sleep.

Given the other reviews, I was expecting a way worse experience, but it really wasn’t bad aside...

This hotel seems to have a lot of aggressive control over public Society meaning if you go there to drop off food you'll have one of the supervisors or managers run up to you yelling at you to get off the property you're not allowed to visit anybody in any of the rooms and even if you try and call to have them transfer you to your friend's room they don't even answer the phone in a proper manner they literally are silent they ask what your name is they ask where you're from why you're calling who you're calling it's honestly very invading and say they can't transfer and that you need to call their personal number but sometimes people don't have cell phones they're a little nosy and controllably rude aggressive negative people.

I've never experienced a hotel like this I find it very disrespectful and rude considering you pay money to stay at the hotel but you can't use the phones you can't have company and they enter yr room and scope when...

Stayed here in August 2024. I will never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone! Being old and dated does not excuse the unclean condition of the room. The first thing we noticed was the door to the adjoining room was opened - later found out there were people living in the room next door, so very likely they were using the second room when not occupied. In the sink area the floor was dirty and there was a lot of course hair on the floor and the ledge of the cabinet. The tub had residue in each corner, like there were soap bottles sitting there for a while. The shower curtain was filthy. In the bed area, the lamp hardware was coated with dust. There was also a dryer sheet on one of the light bulbs - fire hazard!!! The curtains were also moldy.

I stayed in this hotel a year ago, but Expedia just showed me a response to my review. The responder appears to have confused me with another client, as I had no guests and they did refund my deposit. While the convenient location on a bus route and the price were the draw (I was just looking for a clean bed and shower while I visited someone with a newborn), the service and lack of basic cleanliness made it an unpleasant experience. Their winter safety measures were, well, unsafe.

Basically a homeless encampment, it's the cheapest in town and it definitely shows. Cigarette burns everywhere, carpet peeling off the floor, shower is disgusting. People doing drugs in the parking lot, bums wandering the premises, people shouting so you can hear it through the walls. Only good if you strictly need somewhere to engage in prostitution.
