McDonald's — Restaurant in North Cowichan

I come regularly I always get a Quarter Pounder with cheese with bacon combo, about 3 out of 4 times they forget the bacon even when I use them through door dash but its only a dollar so I don't mind. Today there service was just abysmal, i ordered my usual but added some nuggets brought it to the table, when I opened it up they forgot the cheese but remembered the bacon I didn't want to eat it without the cheese and I was charged for it so went to the counter. I let the manager on shift know the problem and instead of offering to remake it she seemed bothered by me and asked if she can just give me some slices of cheese, I could understand if it was busy but it wasnt and she made me feel like I wasnt worth the time to stop for a second so I was a little annoyed. I told her I would like it remade because I would like the cheese to melt, she re punched in the burger with the mods and made me wait at the counter for the remake, I wouldnt have cared but now all my food was sitting at the table getting cold. She ended up making it herself and I got it somewhat promptly, when I brought it back to my table i opened it and it was made wrong again one mod was ignored and it suppose to come with 2 slices of cheese on either side of the burger and she gave me one the didnt even cover the patty. Order for table service, watch others get table service, 60% tables full... 18 mins later oder number called , I point out its been 18 mins for a coffee and fries - Crystal says " we are too busy for table service so it's been sitting here, I called the number" .... to add to that , my coffee with a clear change made stating no sweetener - it was loaded with syrup sweetener. So I go back, Crystal refuses to acknowledge me and she's at the counter .. I wait for another busy staff and they politely apologize and correct. I come here some times for coffee while I grocery shop and Crystal is my first poor experience. As a residential manager in health care, I would not tolerate...

If they hired people that cared about their job as much as the amount of makeup they put on the the morning maybe things would get done. Stood their for 15 mins while they sent out 5 orders that came after me! The two girls that were working were more interested in gossiping then doing their jobs the only person working was the lady taking orders who asked them Nicley many times to stop talking and work.
