We've eaten here countless times over the past couple of years. We almost always get the BC chicken burger, their vegan/veggie burgers, their milkshakes and their breakfast sandwich. The chick in the BC chicken burger is always cooked perfectly. Everything we get is always great with just a small amount of inconsistencies. The poutine is not recommended, the milkshakes are deadly if you have any weaknesses to milk avoid at all costs. If you don't have that issue the cookie milkshake and pumpkin pie milkshake (fall item) are great. The prices are kind of high. The drive through is a nice option, it's near lots of convenient stores and if you park facing the old train station it can be a good view while eating. I docked a star because of the interior of the store. I've tried eating inside a couple of times and there is a very high pitched noise that keeps me being able to sit in the seating area, it is also often messy and dusty so I just prefer to eat in my car. When we got to the Duncan Triple O pickup window in our vehicle the other day, we realized we hadn't brought our credit cards and we didn't have enough cash with us either. We apologized to the cashier and said we would have to cancel our order. We were quite embarrassed! The gal in the pick up window said she would call her Supervisor. When Jake appeared, we explained our situation to him and we aplogized profusely but we would have to forgo picking up out order. He spent a few seconds speaking to his staff and then turned to us and said he would personally make up the shortfall. We refused for the longest time but Jake insisted. Needless to say, we were blown away by his kindness and understanding. Our sincere gratitude goes out to this young man that exhibited genuine, customer care.
