Pizza Hut — Restaurant in North Vancouver

(0 stars is more like it) Where do I start...placed an order online this evening for two medium pizzas. When they arrived, one of the pizzas was obviously missing a slice. We tried to call the store directly but no answer multiple times so we were directed to the call centre. There they told us there was nothing they could do..and to keep trying the store. After 3 more calls to this location to no avail, we called the 3101010 number and they were able to call the store and transfer us to the marine location directly where we finally spoke to the so called manager. He told us that in order to solve the problem that we would have to get in our car with the pizza in question and drive down to the marine location to prove to him that we are indeed missing a slice. After hearing that I got a bit infuriated and questioned how this was in any way an appropriate solution to this problem. He proceeded to hang up on me at that point. Afterward we called the 3101010 number once more and spoke to person number 10 this evening (who thankfully was the first person who was very nice and apologetic about the whole situation) She told us that we should make a report with head office and that we could hear back from the district manager. We were then transferred to head office. The man I spoke with was very hard to understand and I could barely hear him (he sounded like he was in his home and not an office anywhere) he kept contradicting himself and talking in circles so after the last 2 hours of the same thing I hung up and called back in hopes of getting another representative. We finally reached a much more professional individual who filed a report and apologized for the atrocious service and experience and told us to expect a call from head office tomorrow during business hours. All in all, worst customer service experience I have EVER had. Not ordering from this location ever again. May even avoid pizza hut as a...

Delicious Super Supreme Experience at Pizza Hut

Last night, I dropped by Pizza Hut and decided to try the Super Supreme pan pizza and it turned out to be a great choice. The pizza looked and tasted amazing. It came out piping hot with a golden-brown crust that was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.

The toppings were generous and well-balanced: pepperoni, beef, green bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and plenty of melted cheese. Every bite delivered a burst of flavor—the spice from the pepperoni, the earthiness of the mushrooms, and the crunch from the veggies all blended together beautifully. The cheese was perfectly browned, giving it a nice texture and a slightly smoky finish.

What stood out the most was the consistency in quality. The pizza was well-made, not greasy, and the ingredients tasted fresh. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and clean ideal for a casual dinner.

Overall, I was impressed with both the flavor and presentation of the pizza. It was definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Pizza Hut. If you’re craving something satisfying with a rich mix of toppings, I highly recommend trying the Super...

I wish I could rate lower then a 0 star rating. Complete and utterly disappointing service First we placed our order at about 8:30pm and was told 45 mins They showed up and unfortunately their debit machine broke and we didn’t have any cash on hand which I understood but he said I can’t give you the food So I called back to see how they were going to correct this and they said That they would re make our order and the first available driver would be by with it After a hour I called for an update and they were very rude and said it’s already on the way and hung up on me So another hour passes and still nothing so I called again and they began to screen my call and let it go to the call centre and wouldn’t let us cancel the order since we ordered at the store by phone That was last night Now today 14 hours later still no food, call back or acknowledgement

Very unacceptable and won’t be ordering from there ever again

I will say I didn’t have high expectations have it being Pizza Hut which is fast food But still some sort of customer service would be nice I think they all need to be retrained on how to help the customer or at least not be...
