Waves coffee house- Capilano mall — Restaurant in North Vancouver

I come to this location when I’m in Vancouver all the time this is one of the best coffee shops. This is coming from someone who travels around the world and I love my coffee and I’ve been to some of the greatest coffee bars and I’m telling you this atmosphere the people the staff everything about this little hidden secret in capital Mall is outstanding. I love it. I run seven companies. I wish all my employees were like this. It’s not easy to get a good employees But the team that’s here are amazing and I suggest the head office coming from a serious entrepreneur I would have your management staff sit down sometimes and sit outside of the mall and watch all these guys operate. Tell him to bring their pens and paper. Take some notes cause this is an outstanding location, outstanding people I always see the short little girl so I don’t need her know her name and her her teammate and they’re both of them are just outstanding. 3 months ago, I have walked to this corner at Capilano Mall which previously was a Starbucks to get a coffee and treat. I just moved back to North Van after 11 years and saw it is Waves Coffee house now. I have met Ash the manager and had friendly conversation about how business is going on. The coffee and pastry were amazing. Since then, this Cafe’ became my to go for coffee a few days a week. I work remotely and this friendly café feels like home and WFH can not get better. Congratulations to management team for choosing the best baristas. They are lovely, friendly and go above and beyond to provide the best with exceptional customer service.
