Read moreMing's Garden is just across from Capilano Mall on Marine Dr. in North Vancouver. We'd ordered some takeout food from here once before, and it was quite good back then. As we hadn't ordered from here in awhile, we decided to give it a try, just to have a bit of a change from any of our usual "go to" Chinese restaurants on the North Shore.
Scallops with Snow Peas Deep Fried Fish Cod Fillet with Sweet & Sour Sauce Seafood Chow Mein (crispy) Shrimp Foo Young
Unfortunately the food was not as good this time as it had been the last time we ordered from here. The main issue we found with the food this time was that much of it was too salty. When it came to pay they charged us for both meals even though one was uneaten and said well the sauce is pre made we can't make it less spicy! If I had been told that when I ordered I would have picked something else. Instead I confirmed three times that it would be mild and the waitress said "yes mild"! Very disappointing experience and not somewhere I would recommend...
