I ordered a takeout through doordash online. It was shown that my order was ready to pick up, but my order was not in the paper bag when I arrived. They started to pack my order when I arrived. After I brought back my takeout home, I found out there's only 2 ramens inside. They forgot to put my Soy Chashu & Takana Donburi in the bag. I only want the refund for the donburi in the beginning because I didn't want to waste my time and go out when it rains. However, I called them 3 times, but no one answered. So, I have to waste 30 minutes to go back to pick up the missed dish and come back home in the rain. The ramen was good, and its soup has a smaller portion compared to other ramen restaurants, but it has rich and intense flavor. Rice is good as well, but the fried dumpling(Gyoza) is a bit dry and overcooked.

Food was same as the one located in downtown. But what happened to the customer service? I can see that she was the lead server at that time (girl who has a hair clip and black hair), no smiling, hard to understand her english and she even took people’s paper roughly. I guess the guy who set on next to us had worth experience. He was a construction guy that has a random companion after he set down. She told him “why didn’t you tell me you have friend?” He was so surprised and asked her gently that if she is upset about not telling her. She said No, but added that be careful next time but I don’t think they wanna come again. If you are server as giving customer service and getting TIPS, she better be more careful. So glad that they had a girl who has blue hair at that time.

Amazing Ramen which you can customize! So flavorful, different thickness of noodles, and the gyoza were all the best! I ordered the thin which was very thin ramen noodles. My wife ordered thick noodles. They were good...a bit thicker than the usual ramen noodles but not like wide fat udon like noodles. We both got the rich broth and mine had the spicy added...which wasn't spicy really. The gyoza were amazing whether veggie or pork. The staff were all perfect and sprung to life as I yelled "Oishii Desu" while leaving. I really felt like we were back in Japan again! Till my Suica card couldn't be used to pay... The seating felt close but yet still had plenty of room to be comfortable. The service was top notch and really stands up to serving with pride and honor.

Very disappointed in this store. Rude staff, not child friendly. We went to the place and were told there will be a 20 minutes wait, no problem, i took the order sheet they gave to me and picked what we wanted to eat then gave back to the staff. During this time there was no one waiting outside except us. At this point my daughter needed a diaper change, we rushed back to the car to change her diaper and came back. We parked not closely and my toddler kid walks slowly. Its about 15 mins after we return. By this time there was a line of several people waiting outside. So they told us to start the line again. And got someone who was probably the manager to come and explain to me (both clerks had very poor English and couldn't express themselves clearly)

The man who may have been the manager was very rude and kept interrupting me with "but" during the conversation. There is no BUT, all of your excuses are after the fact, if there was a line out the door when I left I would have known that I needed to stay in line, but there was no line out the door and none of you ever tell us that! All the BUTs are excuses you guys are making for your own job failures. Even during our conversation, the other customers standing back of the line said that we should have been let in first. Yes, everyone there can tell it was obvious your problem and yet your customers are being held responsible.

We had already given the order sheet with what we want to order before we left, however the manager said he THOUGHTS we weren't going to eat here. We never said that, so what makes you subjectively think that we are not going to eat here?

You guys asked us to take the sheet and order outside. So we make the order and give the sheets back to you. However, I contacted two clerks before leaving for diaper changing and none of you informed us to keep waiting outside. There was no sign outside the store stating this either.

We weren't hanging out, we came back after changing the baby's diaper immediately. Still being interrupted after we informed the fact and being asked to re-queue from the end of the line. Extremely child...

Rushed and chincy but delicious …in other words they rush u so tht they can cycle u out for another customer; like, I was gonna order more food and finish my drink but was brought the bill…wanted to use the washroom before my drive as well… had to use the washroom next door. Portions were small… especially the broth, likely bcuz they wanted to stretch it to serve more customers…honestly ,if u can’t handle the amount of demand then u should prep more and not cut portions. Profit over satisfaction… I paid 40$ for one person and still a little hungry to order more togo… which is fine but I don’t feel like I should be rushed out before I finish my drink and moving my stuff to the side before I use the washroom…just felt like a number, especially after 40$…not very Japanese. Downtown does it better…these guys are Japanese but management has lost their way. I’ll b going a block down the road next time… Thanx for letting me rant; I felt no honour from this visit; Sincerely, a jap dude from Calgary…and I offer apologies from Japan. (Ps: ‘chincy’= they only gave me half an egg!!!…look at the pics...

The supervisor and the staff at this location were very inconsiderate tonight. How could you run a business when can’t even consider your costumers? While waiting in line, the table that was set for myself was already available but my mom was still trying to find a parking and was on her way. I told them I was already done filling up the form and was ready to order and all we have to do was to sit down and wait for our orders to arrive but nope, they would rather have you wait outside instead and make you feel unwanted, unwelcome and unappreciated as a costumer. And by the way, there were nobody behind me at this point. A few minutes later they gave my seat to the people behind me. Just imagine how I felt at this point. I have been to many danbo ramen here in downtown or ramen places. They never made me feel bad or made me feel uncomfortable. It shouldn’t happen to anyone. I know that Japanese hospitality is one of the best in the world but I am not sure about my experience tonight. I just hope this won’t happen...
