I visited your restaurant today and ordered the English breakfast which costed 25$. I sat at my seat for 30 minutes and still no sign of any breakfast or any of the staff coming to explain the wait so I went to the counter and explained I had been waiting 30 minutes and got the response of “oh you still haven’t got it, I’ll go check” then 5 minutes afterwards they called out my breakfast and I picked up from the counter where the staff member laughed then said to me “sorry about the wait there’s a problem in the kitchen”. While I sat back down another customer at a table beside me then cancelled his order and got a refund and left as he realized how long I had been waiting. My breakfast was no where near worth 25$, beans were microwaved and wasn’t fully warm. No one approached me after receiving the breakfast to ask me was it ok only when I looked up to the counter a staff member done a gesture and put her thumbs up as if to ask was it ok. Then afterwards I spoke with the ‘manager’ and explained how I felt about the breakfast etc when all she responded was “sorry there was a problem in the kitchen” no compensation was offered for the issue. I then asked for this email address to speak with the owner and no more was said to me. I was very disappointed with my service as with any issue I had to approach staff members when they should be the ones approaching me if they are experiencing issues in the kitchen etc. Also there was approximately 6 other customers at this time all of which were coffee orders so not as though it was busy. I Would not recommend here for breakfast or lunch as it most definitely is not worth the money or your time

Stopped by only because I was in the area and I heard of this place through tiktok. I guess that should’ve been my first red flag because everything on tiktok is overhyped 😭 The comment I read said they were $7 so I was like okay whatever! Turns out its $15 dollars. Tax not included. Unless the whole jar of pistachio and whole bag of knafe was included, this is NOT WORTH IT. It is my own fault for trusting tiktok but echo cafe shouldve listed the price as well. And I wouldve immediately cancelled my order upon seeing the price but the worker immediately ran to the back, giving me no chance to change my mind. I’m sure their other items aren’t bad. Maybe I’ll stop by again for their sandwiches and baked good as those genuinely looked good and MUCH more reasonably priced. But my experience was such a disappointment its difficult not to be frustrated that I lost $15 today. Other than that the worker was very friendly and ready to serve me so no complaints on that. Just DONT get their dubai strawberries and try it for cheaper elsewhere.

I recently placed my first order from Echo Cafe through Uber Eats, lured in by a "Buy One, Get One Free" offer. However, what I thought was a great deal turned out to be quite the opposite. To my surprise, the item I ordered was priced at double the cost listed on the restaurant's in-house menu. This sneaky markup made the "Buy One, Get One Free" offer pointless—you end up paying the same amount as you would for two items at the regular price. It's disheartening to see such tactics, especially when you're trying out a place for the first time. The food itself was fine, but the pricing strategy left a bad impression. It feels like the restaurant is more focused on tricking customers rather than providing genuine value. For anyone considering ordering from here, be aware that the Uber Eats prices might not reflect what you'd pay if you were dining in. Overall, my first experience with Echo Cafe was disappointing. I expected transparency and a good deal, but instead, I felt misled. I’m not sure I’ll be ordering from here again.

NEW REVIEW (2023): Updates: It’s only fair to tell the truth, Since the last review I have return to the Cafe multiple times and tried multiple items on their menu to give a fair update.

📍The place: is lively💛💛, great decor , wonderful colours and ambiance, good music and a cozy atmosphere. 🍳🥐The food : the food is immaculate( amazing) , many varieties and of course the chicken panini is even better than before, and menu is updated

☕️🥛The drinks: are quality drinks and made professionally! and the service nothing short of ✨excellent✨ Ultimately very happy to have become a regular customer again. 🥰

The owner and staff are truly gems 💎 and love to help you out with a small and a warm welcome . 🩷🌟

OLD REVIEW(2022)Echo cafe has been my go to place for more than a year , everyday whether for food or coffee , and awesome staff , I work near by so I would do all out food and coffee.

🚨Today I visited the place after the new management , new owners , and staff came.

💭Unfortunately The place was no longer homie all the decorations were gone felt sad and gloomy(#modernized) the Menus are kept the same but they food and sandwiches are no longer ready in fridge they have to be made ‼️Thy require 15 MINUTES to make a sandwich my everyday order is a ( pesto chicken panini) The”chef” came out looking at the menus to see what items are in the sandwich :S

After a while of seating at a (((un-cleansed ) table and having paid $13.70 I was presented this , I was disappointed and disgusted, if I wanted nuggets i would have gone to Mac Donald it was almost insulting. Un-melted cheese with lettuce ? It was anything but a panini. As I spoke with the staff she was lovely to listen to me and my concern and she refunded me $13 and asked how they can improve.

From no on I don’t think echo cafe would be a place I go , unless they bring knowledge cooks and change the menu to food they are great at providing, buying a business just for the sake of having it is not good , you should have a passion and a vision and know how to run...

First time visiting this cafe and VERY disappointed with the service. I didn’t want to leave a bad review, so I contacted the Cafe 3 times with no answer. I truly wanted to give them feedback about taking peoples food/beverage sensitivity serious by paying attention to their request. But since I have not heard back, Im writing this review for every paying customer to be aware. When I went in, I specifically asked for my Latte to be DECAF as I am HIGHLY sensitive to caffeine and my body reacts to it fairly quickly and seriously. From the very beginning the “barista” or cashier who took my order seemed so confused, had lack of knowledge on the menu, did not even greet me, continued chatting with the other employees in her language, but I brushed it off. I repeated my request twice at the register to make SURE its decaf, and she said ok. She was the only person taking orders and also making them. When my order was ready I asked one more time “Its decaf with soy milk, correct?” and she said yes. The latte and a croissant was my first meal of the day. Within about 45 mins my heart started racing, my hands shaking, extremely nauseous, and my anxiety was off the roof!!! I knew IMMEDIATELY that my drink was definitely not Decaf! I spent the entire day in discomfort. My heart wouldn’t stop racing for a good few hours. I have not had anything that contains caffeine for over 6 years, so you can imagine how much of a shock my body went through. Im only sharing my experience because I know there are many people who have many sensitivities to certain food & beverages, and every food industry must be mindful and take special requests VERY seriously. I will never ever go back as I feel like there was a lack of care and dishonesty with the...
